The humming to not throw up thing, I was super sick a few weeks ago and couldn't even keep down water, was just bile at that point. Was kneeling in front of the toilet for probably the 4-5th time that night and remembered that so figured I'd try it. It didn't fix my problem but kept me from puking long enough to catch my breath and relax my body for a minute. But the real savior is zophran, it's a miracle medicine, took a couple and that turned the tide towards me getting better

But it's also dangerous if you don't throw up. If you feel like you're about to throw up for no reason, it means that your stonach has too much acid in it, and it wants to spit it out so that it doesn't get digested. It also could be from something youve eaten that you didn't know you shouldn't, or you accidentally ate too much of something and your stomach can't handle it all, so it has to somehow get rid of it. Throwing up is not always a bad thing. Most of the time, it's just your body trying to help you get better.

Although a tornado looks to not be moving does indicate its coming toward you - it can aslo mean its headed the opposite direction. Any indication of movement means you should be safe for a time either way - but know that it can change directions at any given time. Watch for things also as the air becoming very still for a bunch of hard hail following a few seconds to a minute of very stll and calmness in the air that seems eerie. And animal actions appear to sense when near danger also. Being from tornado alley & farmers one gets used to when one is in danger of a hit.

Be careful about preventing throwing up. When I tried it, I blacked out; found myself beside toilet, not remembering a thing. I was trying to avoid throwing up, so I could get myself situated over the toilet. I woke up having neatly fallen between tub and toilet, dazed, got up, to my horror brown puke all over the wall, and other area...I threw up and more from other end simultaneously ...again. Took 2 hours to clean up. Had a shower, felt better, hopped into bed about 3 am. Woke up a few hours later, washed my face, and first time since the tossing..my head felt sore, had cut my head, incurred a goose egg, bruised my ribs. Mine was an allergic reaction. Not drinking involved. So not sure about humming...I can usually prevent throwing up and haven't for years, but this was crazy.

You don't lie down in an elevator, you press every button on the number board and press the emergency bell, then if it doesn't stop you lay down.

Hit the telephone/ alarm button. Don't hit the open door button, elevator door may open at the middle of any floor and will be harder for the rescue team to get you... I know this by my own experience. Also, grab something to eat or drink prior to enter an elevator, you don't know when the rescue team will arrive, that way you will have something to bite and sip while you wait for help, it will calm you down.
