I so appreciate this comment section. I get down on myself sometimes with unrealistic thoughts about aging and how I look. It could always be worse.... and I'm so thankful to still be ALIVE, because so many of my classmates have passed away. I'm 43 years old and I think I'm aging well.... So what if I've gained weight or my facial features are dropping... It's a part of life. Love yourself!

Usually, a countdown like this ends with the most dramatic example at #1. Oddly, in this case, the most damaged people were ranked at the highest numbers. And I noticed that both Brendan Fraser and Shelly Duvall's "after" photos had been retouched to make them look even worse than reality.

I hate that I even watched this video…why do we need to talk about people gaining weight? If it’s one thing that’s a fact, it’s that we all get older, we gain weight, our skin gets loose and we die. Crazy how society makes it seem abnormal that the older people get our bodies transform. I would hate to be a celebrity, especially this day in age. All people care about is how you look. It’s so sad.

I feel bad for many celebrities because heaven forbid they age, gain weight, or go through hardships. They get picked apart over almost anything that doesn't make them "perfect"

I went through this as a teenager. I was bullied about my weight, my skin, my hair. Every time I ate something I was told, you'll never lose weight eating that. It's no wonder I've had issues over my appearance all my life. People are very shallow and only care about looks.
@Corrie-_- Жыл бұрын
@@catherinebirch2399 I agree. I got bullied too and it definitely doesn't help. I wish others would just accept us for who we are, not how we look. Take care hunny

My main concern is regardless if they've lost weight or gained weight, if they're mentally & physically healthy & clean then more power to them. Like the narrator said, we forget they're people just like us & instead of bashing them, applaud them for getting clean & encourage them to keep going. No one's story is over until your dead. Let them be them & live a life they can be proud of & not a life that has to meet others expectations.

When you grow older, you put on more weight and get wrinkles, I wouldn't call that 'letting yourself go'. Grow old gracefully I say :)

I for one intend to hang on to my figure as I get older. Diet and exercise cost nothing.

Thumbs up for aging with grace. There is no shame in aging. Body slows down. When you age you find yourself and become comfortable with who you are, I don't mean the drugs and alcohol. When you are young, you try to fit in with the trend and try to please everyone. Respect to those who have gracefully aged. You don't need to prove you can kiss all the young beautiful girls on and off set. You found your jewel long time ago.

I know people who aren't celebrities who have messed their lives up with drugs and alcohol. I know a woman who's been married and divorced five times. We've all done stupid stuff and made mistakes. We just don't do it all over the magazines. Tina, Al's wife

Let's clear everything out okay, alright? Brendan Fraser, the veteran blacklisted actor who took an break and started clear everything out of his mind. Today, he's an full-time dad and still working very hard ever since. I'm getting him some credit for everything he does. Robert Downey Jr., still working but after going through many problems of his own life.

You need to be ashamed of yourself for making this video and posting it. Just like you said, celebrities are people too. So what some have put on weight or lost weight. You never know what someone is going through and for you to post a video about them is just horrible. SMH, get a life sir. #dontfatshamepeople #don't shame people especially if you don't know what they're going through

You got that right I just never thought it’d happen this soon. Seems like last week I was 168 pounds fresh out of MCRD Parris Island, “God that was October 1985.” I was running 3-5 miles two to three times a week. Now I’m 56, “will be 56 the 26th of this month,” 21.5 years USMCR and MSARNG with one tour to Bosnia and two tours to Iraq. Retired in 2014. Now I’m 192 pounds with a twice torn left knee, arthritis in my hands, spine, hips and knees, herniated disc’s L-4/5 S-1 bone spurs in the C & T regions. But I’ve learned in the game of life you can’t hit the pause and go to Start from Last Check Point.

True everyone ages, but that doesn't necessarily mean you have to get fat and lose body tone. Go to any gym and you will be impressed with how even seniors willing to put in the work and eat properly stay in shape. The people in this video are celebrities, not ordinary people, and looks were a major part of their success.They can afford dieticians, personal trainers & gym memberships. Unless due to a medical condition, it was their choice to let themselves go by giving up exercise, over-eating, or engaging in other unhealthy behavior.

I’m just absolutely shocked that Bridget Fonda became so unrecognizable. Im concerned about her. I’m also 58. We get old and life happens but we still have to maintain some level of self-care. I hope she’s ok. We will always love her performance as an actress.

I'm 60. And boy, have I aged the last few years. No. I do not have health issues. Age causes aging, too. I don't stay out of the sun, etc. I choose to live. And guess what? I aged. AND, I'm perfectly healthy.
