5:20 - I think he should be liable under the criminal contempt as the definition itself says any sign,words,visual representation which lowers or tend to lower the authority of court of law could be liable under the said section .. Also I remembered one earlier case where advocate Prashant Bhushan was made liable for his tweets which he did posted with regard to CJI AND SC . In other countries like UK also they have system of this similar kind where anyone who disseminates information which could influence the court proceedings he/she can be made liable under the said provision which I happened with ELON MUSK also but he was rather made liable for it … 6:00 while taking about the influence thing it should be surely YES because he holds a public figure which doesn’t mean he would arbitrarily exercise his right under ARTICLE 19(1) . Same case happened earlier also when TN CM MK STALIN in rally in his state made comments on the logo change of Doordarshan saying it leading to saffronisation but no act was taken against him …

I m also student here in 6th semester So if you are coming here to prepare for UPSC then A BIG STOP🛑it is going to be very difficult Specially first year is tiring 😮

@@liannachaudhary6201 Mam to score 60 percent is difficult if a student is attending classes each day honestly and making notes+ giving 2 hours each day for self study of LLB because I am a aspirant of UPSC and I am taking coaching of vision from 1 year so my mains syllabus is about to complete, only optional left but after college mujhe 6-7 hours upsc ke liye nikalna padega for revision so mam my major task is to score 60 percent in semester please mam can you say something in this topic

You will get marsheet with provisional within 1 month but degree you will get after few months

Mam semester me 60 percent se jyada marks du deta bhi hai ya nhi and tell something about placement too, I have cleared cuet pg LLB paper and but I have a doubt where to take admission,in du or bhu so please guide by considering that I am an aspirant of UPSC too..

​One issue I am getting in bhu classes 9- 5 pm tak chalte hain I will not get time to study for UPSC and for me bhu is my first priority , what shall I do, in DU all is good but problem is accommodation cost is very High. ​@@legallyinclined

@@shreenetpallavi8 you have to decide. Yes in delhi living expenses are high + other challenges when u leave ur home 🏡 😒. In DU also you have to attend classes &d have to manage law & upsc .
