Funny thing is that He did mit even produced it. It is produced by evidence of Dilated peoples. Kanye Crashed on his couch in those days when He was in Cali. The Beat was on a Beat Tape that Kanye should give to Jay. Kanye just edited the Drums. The Interview in which he says that is on the Dilated DVD

listen to the song structure. its a sample of dopeman or the OG song by Funky Worm for sure, but its rearranged in song structure. that hipitched synth or watever, only plays in the beginning and maybe twice after in Dopeman. Kanye put in new drums like that drum break that isn't there in dopeman and other things. No matter what its dope as hell.
