Aynsley Porchak's wonderful violin playing reminds me of Johnny Gimble. In addition to his musical genius he had a bewitching smile, signalling that he enjoyed himself as he played every note! This added another dimension to his music.

This is fantastic! My great-uncle sang for Bob Wills and continued the Texas Playboys after Bob's passing. I grew up with this song, and have heard many versions. This is my new favorite instrumental version!

One of my top favorites of all genres. I had the didtinct pleasure of singing it at club in Texas with a local group in 1978. The audience was small but tge ovation wa, s tremendous, (for the song not for me). As it should have been.
