Indeed. On paper im not a fan of generative AI, but realistically speaking, its an amazing way for creatives to put out additional high quality assets to support their main art. Without going broke. Imagine paying for a video like this in that quality and that many actors. So its either this, or no video at all.

Welllll, if you search youtube for "dark techno" (I personally like Andrea Botez), you get quite some cool stuff. Funny part: The "dark techno" crowd loudly insists they are NOT goth; but the aesthetics fit quite well 🙂

It's more common than you think. Dark clubbing is a genre/concept that appeals to both for example. I've done multistage shows with Cyberpunk, Goth, Hard Dance and they go great

Heh, this is pretty decent. I'm normally not interested in tempos as high as this one, but, for whatever reason, I can groove on this one. I also like the long tail on the kick. If you pushed it a little bit and dragged it out even more, it would sound really similar to a classic "dark techno" kick. It feels like that too me but also not like that. It evokes dark techno while being its own thing. I like how so many of the people in your vid aren't trying to look evil and dangerous even though I do still like it when goths and rivetheads mug that way. :) I remember the video for TZDV and how many other scene heavies were in that video. How many are sneaking around this one? :)

The groovy feel happens because the metal "bonk" bass is halftime. That creates a less hectic vibe.
