Faf De Klerk | The South African Pitbull

Francois "Faf" de Klerk is a South African professional rugby union player. He plays as a scrum-half for Japan Rugby League One club Yokohama Canon Eagles and the South Africa national team. He made his professional debut for the Lions in 2014. He was a member of the South African team that won the 2019 Rugby World Cup. Nicknamed the Pitbull for his tenacity and desire to play aggressive rugby.

I saw a picture of Springboks team and noticed this short man and i was" how is he playing against huge weight lifters 😮 i was interested to watch the world cup actually started watching the semifinal against France. He's everywhere like a jackrussel 😅he's jumping over the scrum like a cat😅😅😂😂 so there's a reason for him to be there 😂😂😂 i truthfully watch Faf throughout the games 😅😅😅😂😂😂😂

The guy would be a Scottish Terrier in dog breeds. Small; tough; indomitable; brave; diehard; focused; unwavering; take on the largest of foes… And when I watched the clip of him autographing a young fans garment & giving the kid a hug, he went up in my estimation tenfold. Guess I’ll be watching the World Cup this year and rooting for SA! 😮

Nah pit bull is good as its the gamest dog that has ever existed and can be as small as 30 pounds. Another great comparison would be the Patterdale Terrier. If people dont know what Patterdales are they should check 'em out. Hard core, tougher than nails little dogs.

Oh and South African actually has a famous dog legend called "Jock of the Bushveld" which was a tough fearless little bull and terrier (what we call pit bull today) that fought all sorts of animals as he was adventuring through the South African wilderness during the late 19th century. So there is that connection.
