It’s the federal government, has nothing to do with the department of education, which is statewide. i.e., New York State Department of Education. FAFSA is a .gov website so you would be suing the federal government.

@@evieg6315 The US Department of Education IS the Federal Government. Miguel Cardona is the Secretary of Ed. Each state has its own Department of Ed but is not responsible for FAFSA. Maybe you didn't understand my video. We are filing a class action lawsuit against the US DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
