Hi chef 🙏your videos are very detailed & inspiring to many friends thanks for that . iam worked as cook in many restaurant & hotels in india .i have experience of indian, tandoori, nepali & chinese cuisine but i don't know about Western cuisine , iam only 10th pass & not well in english not any diploma and degree so is there any possibilities for me. 🙏please reply me anyone who read this comment.

Actually yes mainly they ask most the questions from the unsuccessful topics but still they can also ask some questions here and there ,still it's depends on the asessor
