PLEASE READ THIS ABOUT THE POWER BALL Rachel, you don’t use the power ball like that😂 you’re supposed to feel the movement of the ball inside and then slowly swirl your wrist with it, eventually you’ll have to use strength to hold the ball or you’ll loose grip, it’s actually pretty hard at first but you’ll get it soon. Make sure you pull the string faster or the ball will stop moving very quickly. (I don’t think this makes sense for you but just trust me)

I work at a gym and we have the powerballs. If you pull the string fast and move your wrist around, the ball should have a force that makes your hand want to go another way. The goal is to keep your wrist going in a circle. If you do it properly, it’s an actual workout for your arm and wrists and helps build motor

It's a ball actually developed for astronauts so they won't experience myatrophie. So it's actually not that bad. And it gets harder when you do it right. I mean the ball can weight around 15kg due to movements inside the ball

If you use it right, the ball inside the Powerball will turn and if you turn your wrist it will be really heavy to turn and makes your wrists stronger. It's pretty cool actually
