FAILED Sierra soundtrack hacking on the IBM Music Feature Card / Yamaha FB-01

These train wrecks are not Sierra's fault! They're a result of me dropping in patch files where they don't belong, to see what the IBM Music Feature Card sounds like in games that don't support it. These are the worst hits.
