Failed Solder Joints Are The Norm!

That bent-over lead with the cracked solder is too long and sitting on the adjacent foil ---- I'd clip it shorter (I wouldn't trust the conformal coating to be a perfect insulator). A fiberglas-bristle scratch brush would be better for cleaning the joints before resoldering; and the tip of your iron is*BADLY* in need of cleaning and retinning.
