I hope you enjoyed Chopwell Wood Parkrun and you come again soon. Its great to experience the woods as the season changes and sometimes you might see some deer.

Ah we definitely will Mike, we love training there! 😊

I've done 28 different courses in Parkrun so far. Chopwell was the only one in which I've had to walk. It was extremely tough.

Yep Phil - it’s definitely up there! Those hills are very unforgiving! 😅

Another pretty run. You guys have so many really nice forest preserves to run in. We have a lot of trails here they are trails in the truest sense of the word (at least most of them). Fortunately I have a paved bike trail a third of a mile from my house that I run on. I am sort of glad I haven't gotten into segment racing. I think when I was younger I could've gotten into it and nabbed some decent records on them but I think finding easier ones might be more difficult. Do you have to lap your watch on it or is Strava smart enough to figure out that you ran a segment? As always, love seeing your running adventures.

Hey Eddie - thank you 😊 we’re glad you enjoyed the video! It sounds like you have some really good trails where you live too though, even if they are a bit more technical! Good that you have that bike trail though 😊 Strava works it out, so you don’t have to lap the watch - you so however have to run the correct segment for it to know 🤣 Thanks for watching 😃

@@those2runners I've met some Europeans who have come with the sole purpose of exploring some of our mountain trails here. I power hike them but I don't have the coordination to run many of them. I've seen many a runner wind up pretty banged up charging down the mountain sides. Looking forward to your next video!

@@runningoneddiethey sound epic! 🙌🏻 not sure how good we’d be running around them, but we love a trail run/hike 😊. Thanks Eddie! Have a great weekend 🙌🏻
