If you build a 3x3 roof with only 2 blocks clearance under neath you can look at the enderman and he will come to you. Using water will cause them to flee and lose interest before they die from the water, usually. The slanted chasm you found can hide further caves in the corners behind a layer or two of blocks. If you get 5 diamonds you can make a diamond pickaxe, harvest some obsidian, and make an enchanting table. If you can get fortune 3 on your diamond pickaxe then you can harvest future diamonds with an average chance of 2.2 diamonds per ore. When hunting for diamonds if you stumble across any deep dark, quietly turn and go the other way. If you find a village and have some fish then you can get a cat or two. They are useful for keeping creepers and phantoms away from your house. Same goes for dogs and skeletons. Only two ways to keep zombies away are to make a fence/wall or place your doors down to where they are placed where the house is open and you open the doors to close the house; keeps them from breaking your doors down. Killing endermen is not particularly urgent at this point in your game. You'll need their death-drop (enderpearls) *eventually* but that is quite a ways off right now. Maybe later you can build a two-block-high pavilion in a warped forest (because endermen are the most frequent monster in that biome). For now, just focus on improving your immediate situation.

Hello, another passing viewer here. Allow me to render my knowledge in assistance to your progression as briefly as possible. 1) Monsters Spawning: Monsters will spawn based on your distance relative from a place. Too far, they disappear. Too close, they appear. This also applies to animals, and certain other in game entites that have not been interacted with by you, the player. 2) Enchanting: This gives you armor and tools that last longer and perform better in game. This is useful so that you don't burn resources on crafting tools and armor. Best ways to start enchanting (imo): you need an enchanting table, anvil, and a fishing rod. - Enchanting table grants you access to the whole enchantments for tools and armor in game - Anvil allows enchantments on books to be applied to tools and armor - Fishing rod is useful for fishing up stuff like fish, random goodies, and enchanted stuff. Use this at your own pace, and i hope you have a good experience crafting 👍

My niece loves that small potatos show 🤣 Finding diamonds is quite annoying, either you need a really big deep underground cave to run around in or you just dig lots and lots of tunnels at just above bedrock level. The former can be pretty dangerous especially with unenchanted armour and the latter is boring and uses up lots of iron, and you have to be careful of breaking into lava pools. You can buy diamond armour and equipment from certain villagers if you level them up enough, but it does take time to get all the emeralds needed. I've just finished building a subterranean railway line 45,00odd blocks long and now have a double chest three quarters full of diamond ore blocks so I don't need to worry about it for the time being. @@isis_lisette I'm not good lol, I died all the time when I first started playing! But I'm much more experienced now and I don't take unnecessary risks until I have the equipment to back it up. I stupidly fell 60 blocks in a bastion just yesterday, but I've as I've got feather falling and fully uprated armour so it was manageable, I lived! You'll get there too, but Hardcore Minecraft is very very unforgiving when you're on the learning curve 👍👍

Hi isis, I love the effort you put into these videos, just so you know, if you want a temporary place to keep your bunny before building your rabbit room, you can put a few fences down in a corner of the house and lure him in with carrots, just so he doesn’t run out when you open the door. Also, killing endermen really isn’t essential this early in the game. But I guess it would be better to have the pearls early lol. Just wanted to let you know even though you probably already do:) I really love your videos and hope you continue making this series ❤

I normally would build a base/house at an existing town, but you need to have your supplies ready to build walls/torches, etc. to make it safe. The villagers will die if you don't protect them from zombies, pits, and other hazards. Once you get the village protected, you can add more villagers by making more beds and larger houses. The workstations are what assigns the villagers to jobs, one per workstation. New villagers will take jobs when you build new workstations for them. Librarians are very nice because they will give you enchantment books. You can change what they offer by picking up and replacing the pedestal until you get what you want (e.g. silk touch, fortune III, power V, protection IV, etc.). Once you have the spell that you want, if you level up the librarian it will lock in their selection, then you can move the pedestal to where you want them to work in your village (build a library and stalls for the book vendors). In hardcore it doesn't matter that much, because you will never have to replace your gear. In normal survival, you can easily replace your gear if you have the right spell books.

Great to see you are making use of people's tips. The well (AKA infinite water source) was a good call. Remember that your shield will also block a lot of the damage done by exploding creepers. Has saved me lots of times.

Heyyy little tip to find diamonds they are actually really deep down and in the new version of Minecraft they are now between -50 and -64 in depth .Another tip to kill endermans is to be in a sort of protection thing where they can’t reach you .Just build a 2 blocks high roof so you can be protected but the enderman can’t reach because he is 3 blocks high

I am glad for your fail attempt to fight a enderman, standing next to him and start fight w/o protection is asking to die, build a roof on 3rd blockand from ground, 2 block deep, i use to make a 5x5 roof,standing on center blockand if he moves around is it easy to catch him and if you really want his pearl, look on him, you can be on a pretty far distance when looking on him

@@isis_lisette yeah you might have some issues with your infinite lava well idea, it doesn't work the same as water lol you need to have the lava dripping into a cauldron using dripstone and then use a bucket to get the lava out of the cauldron.

There are wondering traders who spawn randomly on the surface and he has 2 leads on him u kill him he drops them n use that on the bunny put it to a fence so he doesn't run away, plus u can make fences with cobblestone ;) an Deepslate with a Stone cutter n can change the style of the blocks. ps u can look at the enderman but build 3 block high so he cant hit u and u better wait till he dead. bc 1 hit in iron armor is 4 hearts meaning splat in 3 hits

Endermen will 2 shot you to death. As others have said about the roof directly over the head, I would also suggest surrounding yourself with boats. You need to get the Endermen mad at you by looking into their eyes. Luckily, I have a theory that Mojang, the dears that they are have programmed Endermen to teleport into your line of sight causing you to unintentionally look at them. Oh, about the boats when an Enderman sits in a boat, it can’t hit back so ya can cheese killing them that way 😂

if you use the roof tactic and look at the emderman he will come to you but he will be able to just build a small roof and good under like 3 block weight sometimes i think they can reach but i think you can use the shield
