Alex purposefully intervening in the chase at around the 18:00 mark, just to get a casual "Curse you Sultan" from the hunters was rather funny. They were way too focused on getting Broughy. And then the rage two minutes later when they realized what had happened.

🏁🚗 5:02 I like to think (based on _no evidence whatsoever_ ) that Rockstar takes note of the interesting and unusual ways streamers and KZbinrs use GTA - and they've slipped a bit of code in here and there for exactly this purpose - not enough to mess any "normal" players up because they zoom around on flying motorcycles anyway - but certainly enough to help out a channel with a half a million subscribers who use GTA to play silly games once a month...for over 4 years now...

Super fun STH, Broughy just fearless sploding blimps out in open traffic was not expected by anyone 🤣 How about teamwork having to complete missions together? There needs to be an actual STH game, you got an entire genre going here!

I really enjoy the STH series, and the variations can be very interesting. I have noticed, however, that STH works better when the hunted has obligations to get things done. Taskmaster, Pris, gone in 24 hours, leave the city... anything that makes it so you have to do something more than just cruise the city tends to make things much more interesting. So I enjoyed this one, but perhaps next time make it competitive... set up four green Pris and four pink ones, and you guys race to see who gets it done first AND survives 24 hours. A twist is always good ;)

Am I the only one who thinks that this idea is a really cool concept for a dystopian story like the hunger games? A television programme about one guy being hunted by a team of hitmen while trying to blow up a few cars. Sounds like a thing I would watch just because of morbid curiosity.

Great content Alex I watch them all, mostly survive the hunt, my only criticism is some of the hunters constantly nearly on all of the discussing the hunt, swear, quite aggressively at times, and as my 9 year old likes to watch you as well I feel I have to mention it so it can be, as a polite message, to be aware their are younger viewers and for the hunters to watch what they say in a way of rudeness and swearing. Other than that, it’s a fantastic channel and Alex does a great job entertaining us with his shanagans!

There's only a few hunters who have the ability to record the map, and don't mind just sitting around staring at a map for 2/3 hours (The normal amount of time for a STH filming session). Revs, the person who used to record the map, now works during the STH filming day/time, so she can no longer do it, and with some of the crew still being on Xbox One, not series X/S, it gets more difficult.

Just an ideas to try sometime possibly. Do some research on ai cars that are just parked up and see which ones are most likely to be unlocked (no alarms). And if you ever find yourself in a chase and don’t have room to really mess about and confuse them, go into the busy parts of the city and find somewhere along the road with lots of armed cars and when you see one that is potentially unlocked, dive out while at full speed (maybe test first so make sure you survive) and hop in the unlocked car as soon as possible so nobody really sees and then you have a little while to hope they get confused when your car just dead stops and you’re not in it.

That was Jowo. He was following the action, and got out of passive because he couldn't see the pursuit from the air (because all the non-passive cars are see-through.) He wasn't actually engaging in the hunt, and wasn't allowed to tell them any related to the chase.

Here's an idea for a round of STH. Instead of Alex trying to blend in, everyone ELSE is trying to blend in. What's special about this seemingly unfair idea? Alex still has access to any weapon he chooses, AND is allowed to shoot or use throwables from his vehicle, while the regular hunter crew then becomes limited to their usual shotguns and pistols. Perhaps even allow Alex to use the flying car with machine guns in it.

He was in passive mode, in one of the other's cars, and saw that happen, so it was kinda a grey area. They may have figured it out without him saying anything, but it was in the past, so there wasn't much downside to keeping that thought to himself.

I have a suggestion for your survive the hunt series. How about a free for all hunt, everyone is hunting everyone, only semi auto pistols and rifles allowed. No shooting from cars and no running over players. If you get killed you have to return to your starting point to rejoin. Only stolen AI cars with no upgrades allowed. most kills wins

This might be a tad too cheesy, but when broughy was escaping near to LSC, could he have ducked inside? Obviously the hunters would gather outside/ block the access routes, but could Alex have attacked them, possibly from the higher up platform overlooking the area, maybe with some well placed sticky bombs to clear the road blocks?

I wonder if getting a custom Infernus thats maxed out (minus the turbo) for these Survive the Hunt tandems, as it seems highly likely that the super car rule is more likely to be broken in that instance, and a very powerful super car that still blends in could be a huge boon.

Honestly, the supercars aren't really the best getaway cars. They're too light, super distinctive, and too loud.

@@theminerboy5694 While true in the normal sense, the super car rule doesn’t usually come into effect in the last 5-10 minutes if it even does, and a modded Infernus provides a bit of stealth while providing massive power, though a heavily modded Sultan would also be a good choice.

As i said in the episode, "Dual Taskmaskers". You each have a similar task, but not the same. You: Freak out an AI who's the same color as your car and follow for 1 minute. Other: Destroy a car that is the sae color as your car then call 911 and request a fire truck.

I think the future Survive The Hunt will be very enjoyable if you are allowed to use the Heavy Revolver from your car, because it makes abandoning the car and getting a new one easier, as well as distracting them, and shooting at them. You could balance it by having 1 hunter fully reviving every 2 hunter deaths, and at least 4 hunters alive at all times, and allowing the other dead hunters to partially revive by joining in as pedestrians or cyclers or moped drivers with only melee fighting allowed (and maybe also allowed to use flares, if you think it would otherwise be unfair). That way, you would still be balanced, the moped drivers will keep vehicles spawned around certain areas to confuse the enemies, you would be able to shoot back from a vehicle but slowly, you would be able to shoot from the vehicle to create distractions, but the enemies would still be rejoining the fight or rejoining the scouting. As for the flares, hey would not be allowed to use it as checkpoints by aiming at intersections to find you. If you think that all the dead hunters being in the same call is unfair or too difficult, then you could simply have the restricted hunters be in a separate call from the rest of the hunters and let them use the flare to communicate with the other hunters whenever they think a car might be suspicious. You would be the only one allowed to shoot from the vehicle, and with only the Heavy Revolver and maybe Flare Gun, too, if you want to confuse or trap or trick the hunters, or set someone on fire, or set a vehicle on fire if you already used a Jerrycan.
