So in the first race I went medium-soft, using a wheel I have slightly better tyre wear so tried to make an aggressive strategy work but I lost about 4 seconds running the extra lap as I knew softs wouldn't last 3 laps. At Laguna I went medium-medium as I could tell they'd start wearing by the end of the 4th lap so I went for the undercut to get some track position (having started last) and then held on for the final few corners. Some very fun races again this week just a shame my game crashed for Mugello.

I went Soft/Med for the first race, chancing Softs at the start to make my way if I was buried in the pack. Lap 3 was pain by the end, I was doing some tyre saving. I decided to just run full out on Med to the end for the 2nd phase I tried the same thing with the Ferrari, but it wasn't great and I got hindered in traffic

Just a note with regards this type of race make it so that you do 3 races and you have 2 sets of softs 2 sets of mediums and 2 sets of hard tyres for the entire 3 races... that way you are all having to play around with your tyres knowing that you would all have to use the hards at some point... excellent video as usual...

would be cool to something like Drive till the tyres explode. Every car runs the same tyre and you have to see who can build a car and drive it the longest distance before any one tyre reaches 100% wear, and when it does you have to stop the car. Furthest driven wins. Maybe set a minimum lap time so people dont just drive around at 10 MPH lel.

Might be better in reverse: Fastest tyre wear. Like Failrace does with the first to run out of fuel.

Pontiac was solid but couldn't hold a candle to most in a straight line which made overtakes very difficult, also struggled a lot with tyres

It seems medium-medium is the best strategy. The softs seem to die way too quickly to work out for anybody

Only if you use a really lightweight car, they're better on their tyres

Forza Motorsport has suck a shit pit lane design. You'd think that as well designed as the rest of the game, they'd of done a better job.
