We were bowling and someone was going to throw, but lost the grip on the ball on the backswing and tossed it neatly into this guy's nuts as he was sitting there. I mean it was just this perfect graceful arc that he didn't even see coming since he was looking over his shoulder talking to some girl up in the seating area. PLOP right into his nuts, and he turns around and kind of half screams, half burps, and half groans all at the same time, but he just goes "BAAAAG!!!" and just dies on the floor as the bowling ball slowly rolls away with perfect comedic timing.

I do sometimes wonder if some individuals carry the 'Useless' gene, which makes them utterly useless at doing anything, despite their best efforts at not being useless. I worked with a bloke like that. He's now retired, thank god. A simple job like bolting two things together, for example. I gave him the nuts and bolts and the correct size spanner for the job. I was called away for a while, but when I came back, he had lost a couple of nuts, cross-threaded a bolt, and was using a different spanner to the one I'd given him, as he had dropped that and couldn't retrieve it, and because the spanner he was using was slightly out, he had damaged every bolt head. "Gary" I said, "Did you do this deliberately?" "No. The nuts don't fit the bolts" he said. I got the bag the nuts and bolts were in. "19mm nuts. 19mm bolts." I said, and then Gary said possibly the stupidest thing I ever heard him say: "Must be a different 19 mil than we usually use - I reckon it's a foreign 19 mil." "Go away, Gary." I said. But not that politely.
