I applied for the same summer job three years in a row. I didn't get it the first time. And I didn't get it the second time. But I didn't give up. I learned from mistakes. I sent my application in earlier. I worked on my interview skills. I got out of my comfort zone and forced myself to grow. And the third time, I got it.

I kind of went through the same thing. I applied for a position (which would be a promotion) at the place I currently work. I asked the person in charge for feedback. When I was talking to her on the phone she made me feel like the stupidest person on Earth. I felt so bad and I wanted to tear up. She said that I could have answered the questions a lot better and she also said that some of the answers I gave shouldn't have been on the responses. I wanted to give up. I applied again for the same position a year later. But this time around I took her advice and I redid my whole answers to the questions. I just got an email earlier this week that I had actually passed. Again I say that I wanted to give up but I didn't , I tried one more time. Now I'm just waiting for an interview to see what happens. We will see... But if I don't pass the interview, I will keep on trying.

I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments. I purchased my first home at the age of 21 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000. My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses. Not reaching a million before retirement feels like an unfulfilled goal.

I initially started my investment journey with the guidance of a financial advisor named *Jenny Pamogas Canaya.* Her transparent approach granted me full control of my investments, and her fees are reasonable, considering my return on investment. Nonetheless, it's crucial to conduct thorough research before engaging with any financial advisor.

I was so desperate when mom and dad passed away. I was 14 years and in SHS. We all know how life in Africa is very hard oh yes my friend but I told myself that God does not make you experience smthg he knows you cannot handle. I had a dream to be a finance expert. I worked hard, no holidays, no Christmas party with families that moment was so painful. My lifestyle was totally different. I did everything possible with the help of my God today I am a certified public accountant and I am working as a corporate finance manager for a fortune 500 company and I am giving back to the community. Ps: from Africa ( Ivory coast). May God bless you.

I'm 33 yrs old. I was a refugee when I was 16 .. my whole life was driven by passion and love. I achieved so many things in my life that others could only dream of .. until 5 yrs ago .. I became an addict and I started to ruin my life .. I got in a toxic relationship because this was the only thing I deserved. I quit the drugs this fall, but my situation didn't get better cause I was lacking of motivation and happiness. I'm doing my diploma at the moment beside being separated from the woman I used to be with the last 3 years. I was fighting my self to get back on track until I found this video. This video is giving me my wings back and I wanna thank u for that .. I sit down every day, listen to it and I start to cry cause I missed 5 yrs of my life in which I could have reached my goals .. but now I'm glad to have the lesson! Ur the best. Thanks for sharing this amazing video .. with love, Arash

In my first semester of university, I hit rock bottom. Intimidated by two brilliant classmates, I felt worthless and failed three modules. Devastated, I isolated myself, unable to talk to anyone. I refused to quit. In semester two, I made a rule to sit in the front row. Watching one of those guys fail and quit showed me I shouldn't compare myself to others. Motivational videos became my lifeline, helping me reevaluate and move forward. Today, I stand stronger. I embraced the idea that failure breeds strength. My journey is mine alone, and I'm destined for greatness. Believe in yourself too, for you're capable of achieving more than you can imagine

Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

But this made me closer to God , i started to have faith in him again Now , i’m trying my best to run my old business again to earn money cause i feel it’s the best i can do i hope things can get better soon , i believe God has a greater plan for me despite what happened ♡ i promise i will never give up and keep working hard to pursue my dreams i hope i can help my family and become successful God bless us all ❤️

I failed so much, I failed when I needed it most, I failed when others needed it most, I failed without wanting to and without meaning to. I left my job because I didn’t feel to good. I was called and fired. I cried, I really love that job but no one was there for me when I needed it most. I drove alone, I was extremely depressed. I sat in my chair at home in tears and prayed to god. I needed someone to come into existence and make it all better. No one came. But a thought hit me, I failed so much I know how to navigate towards success. The next day most of my friends at my job messaged me and told me how they heard the news. They were sad, I was told they would miss my smile. I was told many kind things and even had some personal advice. God says to love, so I kept that feeling in my heart. If it was meant to be it would than Be. None the less you fight and fight. You keep moving forward until you fade and disappear. Because when you look back you will be proud of yourself. Never feel defeated because I’m the grand aspects of things we are star children. We have the same components that make up the entire galaxy.

In college, I majored in chemistry and I failed so much. Pretty hard classes toward the end. After reflecting, I came out of school with two mottos I try to remember. Physical chemistry was a very hard class. I'd walk in knowing that I may fail my test. I remembered that there were 30 other upclassmen who have struggled for years to get to this class. We're not alone in this struggle. One more was I would make a 87 on a test in organic chemistry, but my friend would make a 100. If I made a 95, she would make 105. No matter how hard I worked, I could never be better than her. I can only be better than who I was. Putting this out there helps myself to keeping going mentally. I graduated and a few years later started my own business. It's not easy, it's never been easy.

@@awaysxaajiaxmad9288 Have you ever studied the subject of that major? How do you know if you're good or not if you've never studied it before? Don't give up. Get your mind under control and change your mind set. From there you can seek out your goal. It starts with you though and it's not easy. So, why take the easy way out? Do what the majority of people don't do. If they quit then you keep going. If you have to fall back to collect your thoughts then do it, but don't quit. If life makes you quit because money, time, or health then reformulate and keep on. School can be hard and it can blind you from the reality of life. I'm gifted with family that could help me a little. Some people in my classes didn't have that. Some people have no one. It can ALWAYS be worse. No matter what, life can surprise you on how bad it can get. You're alive, in school, and have you have A direction. Go with it. See where it goes. What do you have to lose? You have to go get a job and rethink how you need to attack tomorrow. Get you mind right. Challenge yourself and the end result will be a better you. Next year you will be more knowledgable. The more tools, mental or physical, I have then the more I can do. A jack of all trades, master of none, but often times better than master of one. I woke up at ~8am my time yesterday. It's 4:24am now. I have to wake up at 9am today. Do the work.

Last week I had my final exams for the first semester of my third and last year of high school. And i failed the majority. First time in my life. Throughout primary and middle school i was an excellent student. But since i got to high school my grades dropped. From excellent to average. And now to below average. In the past two years I was just studying a little bit not giving it my all. This year I got even lazier even though at the end of this year I have the most important exam in my life. I gave myself excuses and now I'm seeing the results. In the past couple of days I kept just saying that if i failed at a small exam how am I gonna do at the big one? And I lost hope. Almost gave up. But today I just saw it from a different point of view, that I had to fail like this in order to success big. I have to change. I have to put in the work and stop being in my comfort zone. I have to love feeling uncomfortable because all of this is gonna pay off in the future. I don't wanna regret anything in the future. Now I'm building myself back up. Thank you to everyone who took the time to read and whoever is seeing this and going through something similar to what I'm experiencing, don't give up. You will regret it. Just keep pushing yourself and bit by bit you'll start noticing a change. Believe in yourself and be confident that nothing can stop you. At the end of the day, you're still much more worthy than anything.

I am failing in college, I like to blame my abandonment and my depression as an excuse. I just lay there and I cry, I stress out, I hate myself and I sit there doing nothing because of it. I have to show my grades to my family soon, they suspected I would fail in chemistry because of my upbringing. At the ned of the day, these are my choices. I am disappointed that I fall into the person they said I was going to be. With all of this, I am still excited to go to next semester, all my failures are now my stepping stones for my future. I started out not knowing how to manage time, not knowing how to study, not knowing how to write papers and now I do, now I can put what I have learned into my next semester. I will be better than when I started. yes, my first semester is not as smooth as others but, I am pushing forward. If you are failing don't give up. You are amazing, keep going. I hope my success in the future would inspire anyone who is struggling to pick themselves up and become who you would love to be! I believe in you, and you should too!

Those who fail to make the right decisions early in life end up regretting it. i was also depressed last year, im 15years old. But the best way to get the heck out of it is to not have self pity, look at things differently, and if people are bad to you, just feel bad for them cus maybe they are going through problems(im still mastering this) and dont playback ur past! there is saying "I spend most of my time thinking about the because that where im going to spend the rest of my life" Stay Strong and motivate yourself and others!

This video woke me up and then i told my self who AM i really and i will not give up in anythings i will keep on trying. It’s humiliating when ur whole family knows that you failed 2 years of hight school and still at the same level. But today i will stand up and face the challenges that is on my way to my dream. Always remember one thing my dear friend, doesn't matter what others think of you, you know who you are and can't no one ever tell you otherwise. When I was in college I remember sitting in the library and studying for an upcoming exam and I wasn't understanding the material. I was so close to getting up and walking away from school completely and never coming back. But I decided to stay, study harder and just believe in myself. I went in to class knocked out that exam and graduated magna cum laude on May of 2018. I couldn't believe I made it, but watching my parents face on graduation day was an amazing thing. Always remember you know who you are and you know what you're capable of, keep up the grind!

I am a 13 year old girl with big dreams of playing for U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team, I really want to play goalie for them. I train 2 times a day for 3 hours. I know I know it’s not that long but I still have to focus on school. I keep my grades up and keep trying for my best if I do bad on a test or something. I have failed a lot, trying new as a goalie but guess what I live failing because when I fail I learn from it and I take it in and think about it and I keep all the times I have failed and all the negativity and I put that in the back of my head and use that to push myself to try harder and train harder and to not stop. My coaches say I have potential and I have hope and I have the will power my coaches tell me I will make it. Just keep pushing and don’t give up. My coaches also tell me if I need help along the way they will help me o matter what it is they want me to make it because they know I train hard and work hard and they know I want to make it and I can make it and I will make it with more negativity to motivate me and just keep training day, night, rain, snow whatever it is it will not stop me and this is true. I WILL be there look for the last name Côté in about 5 years when I’m done with high school and in college. I WILL be there no matter what people say.💪🏼💯❌🥵🥅⚽️🙏🏻🇺🇸

Failed my whole semester. I'm feeling devastated, shocked, depressed, and other negative things. But after watching this video, I know that I have what it takes to overcome this failure. It is hard for me now, but now, I've learned a lot. And I'm ready to go once again, and pass my classes, and work hard everyday, to see myself in a better situation. I'm very proud of who I am as a person. But high school and college were always the one thing that is negative in my life, and after this failure, the shock that I had, I'm going to work my ass off and thrive for greatness. God bless you all🙏🏻

I’m about to fail an accelerated graduate course on behavioral health diagnosis. I’m not exactly in the brightest place right now, knowing I’m $2,500 down. But I am still alive. And I can take this class again next semester, spaced out in 120 days vs 45 days. And I will come with some knowledge from this failure to tackle the class once again. And I will pass the class. I’m not dying over one class.

I spent about 25% of my university life in crutches or a wheel chair (most of the problems were not self induced). My own professor told me it might be better to take a year off. I wasn’t about to do that. It was not easy but I give all credit and glory to God the Father. There was times I would purposely avoid elevators and instead wheelchair myself up ramps, also denying peoples help just because I was so motivated to be stronger. There were times of humility, I had to ask for rides and help with doing basic things. Most of those battles were fought alone, but the Lord was with me. You’re stronger than you think, you just need a motivation. My motivation was my faith in God.
