We're up to Fair Lady Works Shuttles in the set. It starts and ends with Whip to One Side and is a long move to learn, which will need a lot of practice. Something the Advent Challenge can help you with!
Remembering the sequence left, right, left, right, helps notably in learning this particular move. This sequence helps explain which arm goes to the outside when crossing, which corner you are going to and which arm goes up when you push out.
Another point to remember is to turn the entire body when pivoting instead of just doing a shift type of move.
Following Fair Ladies is the 2nd set of wave hands like clouds 7 times, the whip and then into Creeping Low Like A Snake, Golden Cock Stands On Left Leg and Golden Cock Stands On Right Leg.
At this point in the video, Kevin gives a quick tutorial on the snake exercises, followed by moves 75, 76 and 77.

Hi Susan, Thanks for that and glad the videos are helping! I wear regular clothes so people can see you don't need anything special to wear in order to do your Tai Chi. Shelley doesn't like wearing tee shirts period. Traditional Tai Chi folks sometimes like to wear flowing silk clothes or Chinese kung fu clothes. Mr. Moy used to wear a blue track suit although he sometimes wore a business suit. There was a workshop one time when he was preparing to head back to Toronto and was in his suit (he used to say "you should always dress well when you travel" ), myself and some others were doing headstands when he decided to demonstrate and show us the proper way to do head stands. So, there he was, dressed in a suit, demonstrating the most amazing head stand I had ever seen. So cool. No tee shirt required, LOL. Cheers

@@TheAwarenessWebsite Many thanks for your reply.......some of our members refuse to wear the Tee shirts......but when we do a demo at the park, we are all asked to wear a certain colour T shirt, plus black shoes, otherwise we are not allowed to join in.....all good wishes.....x
