This is an annual festival in a Lovely Tourist Town of Cahir in South Tipperary. The Town boasts a Lovely Norman Castle in Good condition on a Rocky Island on the River Suir, also a Beautiful Ornate Cottage called the Swiss Cottage a Short 2KM walk from the castle.
