2024 and I'm still grateful that there was a light in this darkness. The world didn't know how badly it needed you, but we did. Thank you guys! I hope to see you again, soon. 😊

The greatest band of all time, they had an idea of music and they always followed it, they gave us something more than simple sound. Hope they'll return, I need them, they helped me so much and I would give my heart to meet them.

I got to meet Daroah and cliff and someone else I forget and they're the nicest most down to earth people in the world! I chatted with him about his musical influences and he named Fleetwood Mac and sunny day real estate as two big ones. there's a great experience and I too wish they would come back, I live about 100 miles from them.

Dude this fucking blows man this was one of my all time favorite bands I had them up there with Tool, Pearl Jam, Deftones, A Perfect Circle, Alice In Chains and so many more … I simply do not understand how a band like this that was a part of something so refreshing and inspiring could be dissolved so quickly while Taylor fucking swift can keep making albums … This is a tragedy, the lead singer had such a beautiful amazing voice and the band was musically gifted up to the gills … I pray we get another album and they reap the benefits of their labor because anyone with a functioning set of ears can tell you that they where onto something big, every track on those two albums is absolute brilliant and that’s a rarity for me …

How appropriate that the footage of the show near the beginning of the video shows them playing the intro to The Greener Grass YEARS before it was released on Arrows & Anchors, only for it to be the last song to exist on an official record of their works. I loved this band so much (still do). I remember when hearing The Greener Grass for the first time feeling a profound sense of loss, like I knew this would be the last official track from them I would hear. I wish they'd come back. I wish they'd come back. I wish they'd come back.

Had a bit of a moment reading this, haha. Long-time FTM fan. And I had the same happen. I was so overjoyed when A&A dropped but when that last track hit, my heart dropped a bit. Something about the melody, the lyrics...then the static. Greener Grass was immediately one of my favorites, and still is. But something inside me knew the first time I heard it that something was about to be gone. Their swan song. As the months and years of silence came...I was saddened, but not surprised.

Every morning before work, my headphones are in my ears, and FTM is on shuffle. When I get to work, and when I get home. Same thing, every song, over and over. Never gets old.

From what Ive seen throughout the history of music and its many bands like Fair to Midland, is at this point they wont come back. I wouldn't. I would want to leave that moment in time when a great group of musicians caught a bolt of lightning, and rode it as far as this world would let them. Like a work of art in all its uniqueness, it will never breath life into souls again the same way it did then, and I think they know that as well. And its a damn shame. As Curt Cobain believed, Its better to burn out, than fade away.

All Fair to Midland songs are amazing! This was a band that made music of heart and soul. I'll always love what they made together, with hopes of a future together as a band. I'm sure solo will be great, but together was MAJICAL!

What an absolute misfortune. Like, when it comes to having bad luck, they hit every pothole along the way. And, they had a kind of unique, operatic approach to progressive rock/metal, slightly pop, but still the instrumentals keep it rock driven... but, the stars were not aligned my fellow ftm listeners
