Electric automatic doors on the station. I thought those were a relatively new thing.

There’s more apparatus coming out of that house than clowns coming out of a VW bug.

Great to see the Mars FL-8 on so many of those trucks. And a cameo from the buckeye roto-ray.

Crystal Lake Yes those lights were cool. I could never figure out why they never used an additional one for more effective warning to the rear. The one left fender mount Mars on our town’s rescue truck used a 50 candle power.bulb.

Someone had stock in the Mars lighting company, lol. I don't think I have ever seen so many trucks equipped with Mars lights in one department. Very cool stuff.

Really cool old trucks! I do recognize a GMC panel truck, probably about a '52 or '53. Thanks for posting this video.

What was an emergency car?
@ThatsMrAwesomesauce Жыл бұрын
Similar to today's rapid response SUVs, Pickups, and other smaller vehicles. Mostly intended to transport firefighters or doctors to an emergency. They also sometimes functioned as a rescue truck or ambulance.
