Not true! There are many condos with larger spaces. So don’t generalized! I currently own a condo, and my space is bigger. Just like everywhere else, if the price is right. Look further!

It is not true that the condos in the Philippines are smaller. Maybe, look further. Do not generalized. We have some of the most luxurious condos comparable to any modern countries. You get what you pay more!
