Thanks, Henry- that's my 964 C2. It's "quite" original 😉 Those are (genuine Porsche) 17" Cup wheels, and the suspension is Bilstein coilovers, which gives it the RS stance. It has 928 GTS brakes. The engine and interior are original. It has Classic Retrofit electric A/C.

We've fitted that electric air conditioning kit in the workshop. A good solution for early cars.

Just wondering if anyone on the comments section would have seen a car I used to own - a 964 C4 in Diamond Blue with a supercharged conversion by Ninemeister? I bought it 2005 from near Luton then sold it ( to another chap in Northern Ireland where I live ) in 2008/9 and he then sold it to someone in Scotland. Just in case That's a lovely 964 you looked at Henry.

Not something we recall seeing I'm afraid.

That 996 GT3 RS in Blue ..OMG , I'd have that over the 992 version any day. Would the 997 GT3 CS have a 3.8 DFI engine or was it a Mezger?
@911virgin83 ай бұрын
One of the reasons why people like this particular car is that it's the last of the Mezger engines, in 3.8L form. Really solid performance.

Sad state of affairs when a man of your stature in the Porsche community can’t get hold of a new GT4 RS.

🙂 I'm not sure I'd measure myself on the international Porsche scene.... Ultimately we buy, sell and service Porsches. We buy lots of parts from Porsche and actually do arrange a bit of servicing through them as and when we can get stuff booked in but don't buy cars from the dealer network. We let them do their thing and we do ours. We tend not to deal in new or nearly new cars. Whilst there is some crossover a lot of the stuff we sell falls outside the typical remit of a main dealer. I do have quite strong views on the way some models are restricted / allocated and the problems that causes. I just don't really pay attention to the current Porsche offering because I don't want an electric car and anything that did appeal wouldn't be available. Some of the people I see who have managed to acquire premium models aren't necessarily people I would associate myself with or want to align my brand to were I Porsche. Bur hey, Porsche are a very successful company without my business.
