@@troublesafoot7836 it's always been the way. There was a put in the 1970's to lower the consent in Germany and the US to 12. It was blocked by feminist groups. Very little opposition from others. Women are the last line of defence for children.

I did not realise the depth of ignorance and complete absence of care that is clearly entrenched in our law makers. They are totally ignorant of the firmly established science here and have no intention of learning anything about it. The fact is that no genetic male should ever be allowed to intrude in the sport or safe spaces of genetic females, and the law makers are unable to provide any reason why they should. The failure of the law makers to even find out the facts shows them to be unfit for purpose. Shame on them. They have forfeited any moral rights to be custodians of the rights of our women and girls. This MUST be stopped.

I totally agree with you. This is due in my opinion to the fears advocacy campaigns by ngos who advocate on behalf of transgender people & those who give political donations to parties & individual politicians. The gov is captured by ngos and their idiollogies. These ngos distort facts to suit their needs (just like any private studies) and I have no doubt that some also engage in giving political donations in secret & as individuals as to not raise any suspicions. I do realise that a lot of this is pure speculation & rumours. However, how else can we explain how suddenly transgender women (biological men xy) are concidered to be exactly equal to women (biological human adult female Xx) by just claiming to be a women. How & why has this become fact when everything men change about themselves is purely superficial, plastic surgery & nothing more. Men will not produce eggs by say I identify as a woman. Your identity is not your sex. Sex is Xx or xy. Male or female is connected to sex identity.

I have to confess to irritation at the lack of understanding of the particular DSD (disorder of sexual development) that thetwo Olympic boxers have. They both would indeed have been born with genitalia which appeared female. Hence a birth certificate which says female, and which was never changed when it became apparent at puberty when these individuals failed to start menstruating, and their bodies started to respond to the huge amounts of testosterone produced by testes which were internal. Hence all the physical advantages of maleness (bone strength, size, muscle differnces and the rest). So the Olympic body needs to legislate on what to do with these XY people who have 5-ARD to ensure fairness for all the XX people.

I've checked the facts. The 2 boxers are intersex. They appeared to be female at birth but later they were found to have internal testes and XY chromosomes. Their testosterone is in the usual range for men which is 10 times the level for females. The result being they are physically much stronger than women. Draw your own conclusions.

We are dancing around the issue and using sport as a lightweight reason to address this serious issue. Biologists are quite clear that there are only two sexes, Male and Female. To protect these sexes we need a legal definition based on Objective Science and Biological, Objective facts that take cognisance of the XX and XY identifying facts of human existence. Transgender Ideology is based on a Thought Process that propounds that sex is socially constructed, a subjective creation with no scientific or biological facts. Our Parliamentarians and legal profession are taking the cowardly path and prevaricating on the truth to the detriment of women in particular. In reality sport is a side issue. Finally those speaking about the IOC and only women taking part in the Olympics especially Boxing, I note no mention was made of the tests carried out by an independent Labority in Paris that showed the XY chromosomal makeup of those two alleged female Boxers.
