Fairy Animations for Unreal Engine

Hello!! I wanted to ask if you can import these animations on a character on blender! Is there any way u can do this or these animations are particularly made just for unity and unreal only?

You can export any animations out of unreal as a fbx. There are also additional add ons that can quickly add a control rig as well such a quick rig from the guy that makes autorig pro.
