I'm a big fan of "mildly unsettling ASMR" where the contents should be concerning, but it's ASMR so you're all relaxed. And this perfectly scratches that itch. "So I need to cut you open" she says holding scissors and making noises. Instead of fight-or-flight, my brain's like "ooo yes, just like that." Great video 10/10, would love to come back.

Psyllium seed husk Be well hydrated beforehand AND drink with plenty of water. I personally would not drink alcohol the day before, the day of and the following day. If you get psyllium seed husk lodged in your intestines, you will be going to the hospital. But it will clean out your insides.
