I think the backwards printed thing would be kind of cool to hang in the bathroom where guests could see it when they look in the mirror and be able to read it but then when you look at it itself, you can't read it. Kind of like a slight illusion effect :) - Lisa

How strange that your box was so wrong, my mug turns completely white with hot liquids and I can read what it says really easily, also the spray doesnt leak at all, maybe yours got hit during the mailing? Im just glad your book was not damaged, that would had been the final drop XD The only issue with my box was that the sticker was sadly missing, but I mean is just a sticker so I don't suffer cause of it getting lost.

If you onto their website and write to the on the suport like, they will send you whatever it is that's broken/dosen't work... not their strongest box to be sure, but I'v loved the other 5 boxes I ha r recived this year. 😊 The stikker says 'Ond elir' which means breath fire and is from 'Sky in the Deep' and the print is a carecter from 'Childern of blood and bone' 😉

I got this box to and only went to use the cup last night and had the same thing happened, no colour change at all. Kinda disappointing , I wish they would have just skipped the heat part and put a nice design on it. I’ll probably just use it for painting.

Honestly it’s not great, a lot of the time it’s just extensions 😂 I use L’Oréal silver shampoo and usually just some dry hair conditioner ... nothing expensive or fancy!! But I’m glad it looks better than it feels haha thanks 🙈🙈
