FAIRYTALE COTTAGE TOUR (has a treehouse, glamping tent & cozy suites!)

Welcome to the Enchanting Cottage of Olalla, Washington! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I discovered this house online and had to see it in person. For two nights, Mommy Oh and I stayed in their cottage suite, which has its own entrance so you get privacy from the main house. I give you a detailed tour of the room and our Airbnb host Jacob gives us a tour of the rest of the magical property.
Turns out there’s also a glamping tent with its own hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and bathroom. Near the stone bridge is a mini tree house surrounded by a moat and pond, accessible by a wooden bridge. At the time, it was in development and might become a bar, sauna, or another Airbnb room! Also coming soon is a campsite next to a creek.

That was quite magical! I live in Seattle and didn't even know about it. I love all the wonderful details of the Enchanting Cottage--the hammered doors with hammered hinges; cobblestone walls, leaded windows, and fanciful architecture. Your nicknames for the stalactites (Dracula's teeth, trees, etc). That must have been fun to stay, to hear the owl hooting and rain too in the rain forest of the Olympic Peninsula. The only thing missing were gnomes and fairies. Lots of fun places to explore both on the property as well as in Port Orchard. Thanks for sharing. Jenny

#104!! I stayed in a BnB (not Air, though) like this is Spain, between Toledo and Malaga. Same free form design, with hidden grottos and an amazing shower that was just in the corner of the room. Had great coffee out on the courtyard, looking up at snow covered mountains (this was March). Everything hand done with a cool hot springs under the building. It used to be a mill, but now converted. Great vid! (Good place to listen to Echo and the Bunnymen!!! Yeah, that is me!) 2:22 So cute, Mina!

This is an amazing property. I clicked on it because I recognized it immediately. When it was for sale a few years ago before these owners bought it I followed the fire sale sign down a very long narrow primitive road through the woods. Not knowing what I would find. I came to the gate, parked my car and figuring no one was there explored the property. If course I was shocked to discover the enjoy fairy tale house. I never forgot the mysterious outing and am excited to see what the owners have done with the property. It was a bit run down at the time I saw it and they have really made it beautiful! 👌
