Do you feel the spirit of god in church? To cut a long story short... Buddha Hindu gods as well as Aztec and tiki poles are all idols or graven images- ancient ones often reintroduced. Atheists are blasphemy or unbelievers. Quran is a counterfeit knock off bible false god. This is commandment 1-3 for you. Leaving only the Bible and Torah Old Testament of the Jews.

What most don’t consider is that the prophets did not have google earth to really pinpoint anything on a map. You have to think about what the prophet understood as north and the distance they understood as to them what was far away.

Two points would have strengthened your argument. One you didn’t discuss the etymology of ראש ‘rosh’. It isn’t a proper noun. It just means the head or chief. Second the same phrase ירכתי צפון is found in Isa 14:13 describing the aspirations of Babylon.

Rosh is not Russia. In Hebrew, it is used in the OT (KJV Translation Count) 598x The KJV translates Strongs H7218 in the following manner: head (349x), chief (91x), top (73x), beginning (14x), company (12x), captain (10x), sum (9x), first (6x), principal (5x), chapiters (4x), rulers (2x), misc (23x). Not one time is "rosh" used as a location. Rosh Strong's Definitions: רֹאשׁ⁠ rôʼsh, roshe; from an unused root apparently meaning to shake; the head (as most easily shaken), whether literal or figurative (in many applications, of place, time, rank, etc.):-band, beginning, captain, chapiter, chief(-est place, man, things), company, end, × every (man), excellent, first, forefront, (be-)head, height, (on) high(-est part, (priest)), × lead, × poor, principal, ruler, sum, top. In the manner of the vocabulary being used, the KJV is best for translating rosh in the Hebrew to: Chief May God bless you.

Prophecy is notoriously difficult to interpret but it gets easier as the fulfilment approaches. When the Ez 38/9 war occurs, a lot of people will exclaim, "Ah, now I get it"! Is the prophecy written for the understanding of those who heard it first or for those who will experience the fulfillment? It stands to reason that far north should make sense in our context. I don’t think we should discard migratory patterns from the equation. The use of Beth Togarmah supports this. The House of Togarmah (descendants) moved to the far north. I do not see Russia playing a minor role in a coalition of nations invading Israel. Arab nations are leery of invading Israel, a strong nuclear power, a 3rd time. Russia has a strong presence in Syria now and it has compelling economic motives to control the center of the world. Putin is a form of the antichrist (Gog) in acting like he is a friend of Israel and then betraying it. The Islamic nations mentioned would gladly follow their big nuclear power ally to achieve their dream of wiping out Israel. Let’s keep an open mind about how this could develop as the day approaches. We should not ignore the possible major role of Russia in such a war
