I am learning a lot from Derek Prince. I just knew him this year 2018 while surfing youtube and God leads me to his preaching. I always listen everyday in youtube. I feel attach to Derek Prince and wishing to know him before. I cried out knowing that he died already 15 years ago 😢 I thank the Lord for his life. His preaching keeps me more closer to my Savior Jesus Christ.

I'm so happy for you. God lead you to him. I wa in the same boat, sort if. I discovered a book published after his death called Rules of Engagement. It was so totally different from the message at my church ( Methodist). Thwn, like you I found him on KZbin with the most important teaching video of my life. Its called How to hear the voice of God. That was 5 years ago. My faith grew beyond what I could ever imagine.

God, You are in control Please take away the drugs, alcohol, lying, manipulation, dangerous nonsense, and pure evil that my daughter is involved in. Grant grace and mercy. Provide safety for my beautiful granddaughter and grandson 💖. Bring them home safely to me. Their parents believe in hate and prejudice and drugs and alcohol. They refuse to get and stay sober. They repeatedly lie about the extreme dangers my babies have endured. God, help the babies. Help me to know exactly what You need me to do. Amen

Praying the LORD will send the Holy Spirit to move in yoir daughter's heart so ahe will repent and be delivered from her strongholds, to the glory of God. Those whose many debts are forgiven are the most grateful and love Him intensely. I know this personally and see it in other recovering addicts who study God's Word. May God give you patience, build your faith, and keep your grandkids safe. Many of us have prodigal adult children. Jesus is our rock, anchor, our strength. Cling to Him. In Jesus' name, amen.

For over 20 years, I deprived my children of the material benefits they deserved, by insisting on being self-employed, earning fractions of what I could have earned working for others! I insisted on being “ my own man”, not submitting to others: my independence was a source of IMMENSE pride! Eventually, God mercifully brought me down, for my pride prevented my EVER being able to please Him! Praise the Lord for my fall!

He did Deliverance on the whole Auditorium at one time and then asked if anyone still felt that they had issues. That was me and I wasn't alone but, I could really feel the Love of My Father God after that.

It's interesting to compare the translations between English & French Bibles. In french love is translated charity, that relates more to what Jesus is describing for the good Samaritan in the parable. (Just as charity works but towards which we must be careful ; since they are often just facades hiding greedy intentions. They are not sincere & pure in heart, and often expressing self-righteous attitude & image through lots of advertising...) Righteousness is translated into Justice or justification in French. Righteous becomes justified. There are also many differences between a Protestant & a Catholic bible. It's incredible.

Deuteronomy chapter 30: 11For this commandment which I command you this day, is not concealed from you, nor is it far away. 12It is not in heaven, that you should say, "Who will go up to heaven for us and fetch it for us, to tell [it] to us, so that we can fulfill it?" 13Nor is it beyond the sea, that you should say, "Who will cross to the other side of the sea for us and fetch it for us, to tell [it] to us, so that we can fulfill it?" 14Rather, [this] thing is very close to you; it is in your mouth and in your heart, so that you can fulfill it.

There is a bit of scripture that will bring clarity to the issue. It is a contrast of covenants and is clearly set out in Deuteronomy 4 and 5. Paul uses scripture from Isaiah for the basis of his allegory of two covenants - Hagar and Mt. Sinai; Sarah and Jerusalem from above - which now is. However, in Deuteronomy 4 and 5 it is laid out almost with crayon and construction paper simplicity of the scope and exclusivity of the LAW - that it will be broken and then in the latter days when they seek YHVH they will remember the covenant with the fathers - covenant YHVH made with Abraham about his promised seed.

Deuteronomy 4:30-31 “When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the Lord thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice; 31 (for the Lord thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them.” Before they entered the Promised Land they were warned that they will break the covenant given them through Moses. And, that when they do in the latter days the LORD will remember the covenant He made with Abraham.

Deuteronomy 5:2-6 “The Lord our God made a covenant with us in Horeb. 3 The Lord made not this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day. 4 The Lord talked with you face to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire, 5 (I stood between the Lord and you at that time, to shew you the word of the Lord: for ye were afraid by reason of the fire, and went not up into the mount;) saying, 6 I am the Lord thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.” The covenant given by Moses was not made with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, - made only with those at the mount that were delivered out of Egypt.

Deuteronomy 30:1-6 “…When the time arrives that all these things have come upon you, both the blessing and the curse which I have presented to you; and you are there among the nations to which Adonai your God has driven you; then, at last, you will start thinking about what has happened to you; 2 and you will return to Adonai your God and pay attention to what he has said, which will be exactly what I am ordering you to do today - you and your children, with all your heart and all your being. 3 At that point, Adonai your God will reverse your exile and show you mercy; he will return and gather you from all the peoples to which Adonai your God scattered you. 4 If one of yours was scattered to the far end of the sky, Adonai your God will gather you even from there; he will go there and get you. 5 Adonai your God will bring you back into the land your ancestors possessed, and you will possess it; he will make you prosper there, and you will become even more numerous than your ancestors. 6 Then Adonai your God will circumcise your hearts and the hearts of your children, so that you will love Adonai your God with all your heart and all your being, and thus you will live.” Deuteronomy 31:27-29 “For I know how rebellious and stiffnecked you are! Here, even while I am still alive with you today, you have rebelled against Adonai; so how much more will you do so after my death? (Maftir) 28 Assemble for me all the leaders of your tribes and your officials, so that I can say these things in their hearing, calling heaven and earth to witness against them - 29 because I know that after my death you will become very corrupt and turn aside from the way that I have ordered you, and that disaster will come upon you in the acharit-hayamim (latter days), because you will do what Adonai sees as evil and provoke him by your deeds.””

I have always loved Derricks teaching/understanding of scripture- however, at 30.15, he makes a statement the law is dead-I would have to disagree according to scripture as to the authenticity of this statement...The law does point out sin, but it in itself could not save us, yes...however, the Word is clear when it says, Jesus did not come to do away/abolish the law, but to fulfil it... I remember when I desired clarity on what grace actually is, since the church never seemed to teach it clearly...In asking the Holy Spirit, it was revealed to me in a way that can be easily explained... Grace is the Power of God, it is simply the person of Holy Spirit...Holy Spirit/Grace given does not do away with the law, but fulfils the law by empowering us to walk holy, for the Word says be holy as I am holy, again, this is not by our own effort/strength/works, but by the works of Holy Spirit working in and through us by simple faith... While we are children under instruction/the law/learning God's ways, the Holy Spirit dwells WITH us...but once we mature in Christ, the part of baptism where we are baptized by holy spirit and fire, (for the Word tells us John said I baptize with water for the remission/forgiveness of sin, but the one who comes after me who is mightier than I , he will baptize you with Holy Spirit and fire), and then Holy Spirit dwells IN us... See, when we were growing up in Christ, (I'm speaking spiritually), we were under instruction/learning God's ways, and the Law is/was our teacher...Holy Spirit dwells with us, teaching us and guiding us in all truth...But as we seek intimacy with God through Jesus, we become one with his Law (no longer under law/instruction) but one with his Law/having written it/his ways in our hearts...This is why many are still under the Law-because they do not study/know the Word of God through intimacy with him, essentially to grow up into all things/mature in Christ Jesus-Intimacy with Jesus/who is the Word of God, brings about maturity in the faith through baptism of Holy Spirit and fire- most are not taught to seek intimacy, and never mature, always being under instruction/under the Law... But there comes a point, when we have grown up into all things in Christ Jesus, mature in Christ if you will, and we become one with God's laws and they are written in our heart- the law is not done away with, it's just the Holy Spirit having us to walk holy, and not by our own effort to keep the Law, but by Grace/person of Holy Spirit- For we are saved BY GRACE THROUGH FAITH....The Word says when we walk by the Spirit, we will not fulfil the lust of our flesh-we are not walking in sin and by the power of Holy Spirit living inside us at the same time...One is either under instruction/under the Law, or One with the Law with Holy Spirit/Grace...This is how we know we love God, for we obey him, (obey Holy Spirit through what he teaches in intimacy with him) but again, this is not by own our effort, but by the power of God living inside of us so no one can boast...There is a difference between being under the Law/under instruction in God's ways, and being led to live a holy life by Holy Spirit...If we are walking by the Spirit, we are walking holy, we are keeping everything mentioned in the Law, but not for doing it out of our own effort under instruction, but by the power of His Holy Spirit/his grace, which is the power of God who lives in us once we have been baptized with Holy Spirit and fire... When we are truly led by his Spirit, we walk in perfection, not our own, but God's, because his Holy Spirit lives inside of us, the same Holy Spirit that rose Jesus from the dead, raises our (spiritually) dead bodies unto Resurrection of Life through faith in Jesus and he is the one doing the work in and through us BY FAITH...What the church has taught is this is received as soon as one accepts Jesus into their heart, but the truth of the matter is, it is not accomplished until one has matured in Christ, having been baptized with Holy Spirit and fire...The Lord showed me that the fire he baptizes the believer with is the same fire that burns in hell- it is a purifying/refining fire that burns up the chaff/the unprofitable part within us that does not profit the Kingdom of God... Water baptism and accepting Christ puts you on the right path that leads to life...many will stumble, fall, and get back up because it is the learning part of the journey, being still under instruction/under the law....But through seeking intimacy and oneness with the father by way of Jesus Christ, the Father begins to confirm us to the image of his Son, and eventually we are baptized IN his Holy Spirit and Fire, and now it is no longer I who live but the Spirit of God who liveth in me, for I consider myself dead to sin and how can I continue anymore in it?- There is a huge difference between being baptized in water, having been forgiven of sin and having the Holy Spirit to dwell with you teaching and guiding you in all truth as you learn under the instruction of the Law, and being Baptized with Holy Spirit and him now dwelling IN you, having you to walk holy as he is holy by his power which is His Grace, the person of Holy Spirit.... If you dilgently seek him, you will find him- Keep fighting the good fight of faith- For the power of the cross is that his Holy Spirit would dwell in us, and we too walk in the fulfilment of the Law through the righteousness of Jesus Christ... So to sum it up, we can live holy/which would be compared to keeping the law, HOWEVER, it is not us doing the work, but Holy Spirit, who is Grace/the power of God living inside us who does the work in us to be holy....And this is how Jesus fulfilled the law- we are able to walk holy through his works at the cross, and also walk in the fulfilling of the law with Holy Spirit doing the work in us by our simple faith...This is the power of the cross

Shalom dear friend ❤️🙏 I think you are misunderstanding what Derek has been saying about the law in this teaching. And to be mature in Christ is to be made perfect in Him.. This is the life of one who have gone through Sanctification, this is in Hebrews 12:5-11 to be holy? Is to be made Sanctified. ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12:5‭-‬11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ [5] And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: “My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him; [6] For whom the Lord loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives.” [7] If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? [8] But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons. [9] Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? [10] For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. [11] Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it. And as well as Hebrews 5:14, Romans 8:14 Walking in obedience to God by The Power of The Holy Spirit indwelling us. Being led by The Holy Spirit is what everyone is to be in Christ Jesus 🙏 Amen. It's a choice for each individual to make and to abide by It.. ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭5:14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ [14] But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. Ppl can stop sinning and live holy before God 🙏❤️ this is through complete obedience to God 🙏 the gate to this lifestyle is; True Repentance and obedience to God... And this is what Derek was explaining about the difference between keeping the law to be right with God, and walking by faith by the Grace of God.. It's two different thing. We, who have been made righteous by faith in Jesus Christ and not by the works of the law..we continue to live that way, this is what Derek has been explaining to the congregation under his voice. Which we are now enjoying on the internet. He also mentioned what Jesus taught us about the law. Remember Jesus gave us a New Commandment. To love each other as He has loved us.. The righteous requirements of the law is "Love". Therefore if one fullfil this commandment, The first one is to love God and the second our neighbor. These two fulfill the whole law. Love does no wrong to our neighbors. Therefore, Love is the fulfillment of the law.. Romans 13:10 Rom 13:10 KJV Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. There's a lot of misunderstanding of this in the churches today. But God is revealing the truth to everyone who wills to Obey Him Completely in everything... But that's what Derek was explaining.. the difference between law and Grace.. and the motivation must be of love out of a heart of love and obedience and intimacy with God through our LORD Jesus Christ by the Power of The Holy Spirit indwelling us. Amen 🙏❤️ I do encourage everyone to Seek intimacy with God 🙏 in complete obedience to God's authority as well.. as Jesus said; " why call Me LORD LORD and you do not Obey Him"?? Luk 6:46 KJV And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? So complete obedience is the key. This springs from True Repentance. And some ppl are still struggling to understand what repentance is, they don't understand what True Repentance looks like. Though Jesus gave us an illustration with the prodigal son. Which went his own way, but in the end he came to his senses and went back to The Father to be obedient to Him completely. Now willing to do whatever The Father says, or wants.. just as the scripture says. We are to "be willing and obedient and you'll eat the good of the land" But it's one who has truly submitting their will to God in humility and complete obedience. Truly laying down their life before God to do His Will. Whatever His will for them is.. And this includes everything that is in their possession as well, including family and all.. Then this begins a series of corrections and Cleansing. This brings one into Sanctification and Purification.. where Jesus Cleanses you from all sin 🙏💯❤️ that is where the book of Hebrews 12:5-11 comes into play, along with the others. God's Goal is to Conform The Church in The Image of Christ Jesus 🙏❤️ Romans 8:29 Rom 8:29 KJV For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. And so everyone who named the Holy Name of Jesus Christ Must Be submitted to God to do this in them. Or they will not be apart of His Body His Church. Hebrews clearly says that as well. " If you be without chastisement, which all are partakers of? Then are you (ye) bastards and not a son" ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12:8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ [8] But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons. Heb 12:8 KJV But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. So each individual who wants to be apart of His Body?? Needs to make a quality decision to Obey God and Quit fooling around in Sin.. Because Jesus Christ is Coming Soon and He Is Coming for a Spotless Bride. Amen 💯🙏💯💖❤️ I also want to warn everyone to stay away from those V's and test as well dear friends 🙏❤️💕💯 they are the Motb which is spoken of in revelation 13. Please Seek God to get your house in order if you have not started yet?? This is to begin your Sanctification and Purification Process in becoming partakers of His Holiness.. Shalom everyone 🙏💯❤️

The prodigal son returns via repentance - and, he’s lifted up as a result. Having overcome drugs, I understand this part. However, does Jesus say anything about repentance for the son who stayed? Can he repent & be equally lifted? I wld assume so, but modest-living ppl rarely find soul-crushing scenarios which eventually lead to humility. I can see why they feel punished, but being humbled is part of repentance...

There was different law in the Bible, there was the law of Moses dealing with sacrifices and ceremonies, there was the law of God which was the ten commandments, and there was the law dealing with every day life like what to do if someone steals your stuff, the equivalent today would be traffic tickets and paying your taxes , it can be confusing because in order to tell which law is being talked about you have to read the passage for hints on what law is being referred to, when he talks about we don't go by the law anymore but christ, he's talking about the sacrifices and offerings , being circumcised and all that, not the ten commandments, we don't go by the law anymore because Jesus is our sacrifice now, since nobody can be justified by the blood of sheep

What I don't understand and at this point don't agree with is when he said the law died. That's backwards. The Bible says WE died to the law through the body of Christ Romans 7:4. Then Paul says "do we then overthrow the law by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we uphold the law." Roman's 3:31. So here Paul says the law is not dead. Trying to understand.

Christ is the end of the law for righteousness for those that believe. Keeping the law is not a means to righteousness, but that is not the end of the law for how God deals with people. @ approximately 41:00. Reading Moses Seeing Jesus is an excellent book explaining how Jesus is the fulfillment of the Law, written by Messianic Jewish scholars. It really can be challenging to understand. Where specifically does Derek say the law is dead? Thank you!

The main purpose of the Law is to expose you have a problem which is sin. Now in laic states, law has been replaced by financial and economic rules that come from the world, not from the Father. Law has become a way for rulers to fit you in the market they control through their god called money. Everything that requires affection before God is an idol. Anyhow I still don't understand the difference between Law & the Law ; except the latter sounds more like referring to a specific type of Law. Whereas the first introduces a vague one, able to be corrupted with rules called legalism? In French there are 2 different words related to law and called la Loi & le Droit. But also today, legalism has poisoned both by new rules (règles) implemented directly from the European Commission. The EU is a legalistic Trojan horse. The law today is pay this and pay that & shut up.

1Cor 15;1-4 is not the gospel. Verses 1-2 are about the gospel. Verses 3-6 (KJV) are a statement about why we should think Jesus is the messiah. The gospel is more than that. It is obeyed according to the Bible. And Eph 2;8-9 are about how salvation-faith is by grace (election) not works (efforts) lest anyone should boast. Rom 12;3 and Matt 16;17 have a similar message. It is humility that brings God's grace and his election. You cannot escape or claim grace, it is given and received but not accepted, rejected or offered.

Paul was saying that we obey through faith and that Mosaic Law is inadequate. We do however need to obey Jesus' law. He brought a new law. Mosaic Law ended with John the baptist (Luke 16;16). You need to keep Jesus' commandments to stay in God's grace (John 8;51).
