Raja Bhai, May Allah reward you for this thought provoking lecture. This lecture was preceded by your lecture in Peshawar university. We would like to watch similar lectures in the universities of Islam Abad, Karachi, Faisal Abad, Multan, mardan,and other major cities of Pakistan to guide the young generation in this era of social media, misguiding the young generation about faith, and liberalism,atheism and other isms. Pls. Display the audience and students asking questions as it was done in Peshawar university and also the lecture should be not be less than an hour and a half.

‏‎یٰۤاَیُّهَا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا مَنْ یَّرْتَدَّ مِنْكُمْ عَنْ دِیْنِهٖ فَسَوْفَ یَاْتِی اللّٰهُ بِقَوْمٍ یُّحِبُّهُمْ وَ یُحِبُّوْنَهٗۤۙ-اَذِلَّةٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ اَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى الْكٰفِرِیْنَ٘-یُجَاهِدُوْنَ فِیْ سَبِیْلِ اللّٰهِ وَ لَا یَخَافُوْنَ لَوْمَةَ لَآىٕمٍؕ-ذٰلِكَ فَضْلُ اللّٰهِ یُؤْتِیْهِ مَنْ یَّشَآءُؕ-وَ اللّٰهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِیْمٌ(المائدة:54) اے ایمان والو! تم میں جو کوئی اپنے دین سے پھرے گا تو عنقریب اللہ ایسی قوم لے آئے گا جن سے اللہ محبت فرماتا ہے اور وہ اللہ سے محبت کرتے ہیں مسلمانوں پر نرم اور کافروں پر سخت ہیں ، اللہ کی راہ میں جہاد کرتے ہیں اور کسی ملامت کرنے والے کی ملامت سے نہیں ڈرتے ۔ یہ (اچھی سیرت) اللہ کا فضل ہے جسے چاہتا ہے عطا فرمادیتا ہے اوراللہ وسعت والا، علم والا ہے۔

So he makes the argument that relieving oneself of thinking about the questions that doubters raise will set you free. This is fair. Albert Camus says so as well. He says that such approach provides your life meaning, although that meaning might not be rooted in anything substantive and therefore it is not for people who actually live by reason. Religion has basis in reason too. Raja probably is not educated enough to explore those. And then there is the utilitarian view of religion which makes sense too. Again, Raja conflates the case for religion/spirituality with the case for (his brand of) Islam, which can be two different things. again, sorry to say but most people who follow him and Adeem type are't awfully bright. They are convinced by jargon which Raja himself doesn't understand but throws it out there so that his followers think it must mean something. Post-post-post epistemology. Really!
