It's very hard to see what another woman would have to do to be rated above Faith this year especially if Faith wins the 1500m gold at the world championships as she almost certainly will. The great Kipyegon will have to be unwell or fall to be beaten. If Faith wins the 5000m as well, which she probably will also do then I don't think it's possible for anyone to even be considered ahead of the unique and wonderful Lady Kipyegon. Faith in my opinion has already achieved enough to be considered the greatest female athlete of all time.
