You can't deny we do have to vote to what ALIGNS to our faith, that we have to vote like that because I one party is against us and depending who is in office, they can influence abortion laws, school policies etc. That is no question, but it's true, making politics a priority, one is making it politics an idol and have lost the focus on Christ.

My siblings and I regularly attended worship services with our parents. They never discouraged my siblings or me from voting or even from running for political office but they did rather emphatically convey/inculcate their opposition to the use of taxes to promote religious beliefs or practices or the use of civil government entities or agencies to enforce religious prohibitions. There is probably room in the literary world for a book by a self-described “evangelical” encouraging fellow evangelicals to focus more on the gospel than on politics. At the same time, however, we live in a society where the word, “evangelical” has come to be widely considered synonymous with political conservatism so (publishers please take note) there is still a need for a book that discourages clergy and religious organizations from encouraging the use of taxes to promote religious beliefs or practices and that discourages clergy and religious organizations from encouraging the use of civil government entities or agencies to enforce religious prohibitions. As the “mainline” protestant denominations become less and less theistic and more and more focused on what they call “social justice issues”, it is important to note that they have begun to violate the principle of political neutrality as much as the evangelicals do. Which means there is a need for clergy to encourage people of faith to function as peacemakers in the political arena. That, in turn, means preaching against extremism at BOTH ends of the political spectrum.

Yes, I AGREE...l God wants His LOVE (you and I ARE HIS LOVE) strong and with a STRONG positive authoritive voice. EG.. Climate Change Warriors are anti-God, they are convincing the Whole World that people/cows / mining coal is responsible for CO2... I agree entirely with what Dr. Michael Brown and the panelists have stated. We have to fix our eyes on Christ Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and neither trust in man nor in chariots nor horses (Psalm 20:7). There's however a slight difference I want to make. In the video, at around 15.15 -15.18, Dr Brown had issue with the prophets who prophesied Trump 2020 election win. My view is that the prophets themselves did not lie. And this view is shaped by events in 2 Kings 3. Everything seemed to go well with the Kings of Israel and Judah against the Moabites, even as the Prophet Elisha had prophesied. However something wicked happened in vs 26 & 27 that turned things in favour of the Moabites. It wasn't a nullification of the word of God according to the Prophet Elisha but just the changing pattern of spiritual warfare... Thankfully, and for the Church, we are now more than conquerors in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37)...

Not only do we need to vote as Christians, we need to pay attention to what the people that we elected are doing. They pass the laws of the land that directly affect us, we should pay attention, but alsobrealize our salvation is not in government but in Jesus Christ only. In other words, never cease to preach the golspel wether in good or bad times, a person's character can only be changed by Jesus and once that happens they will vote according to their Godly values and convictions, and I have to say I seriously doubt your conversion as a Christian if you do align yourself with a political party that supports everything that is against God's Word, you seriously need to do some inventory in your life and really look at your salvation and conversion. You cannot vote against your bíblical beliefs and be okay with yourself. Too many so called Christians excepting everything the world is putting out, the Bible says to not conform to the world, so clearly there is a problem in your heart if you are conforming to the world.
