Sweet lady. I admire you so much, the way you care for your boys shows me what a beautiful person you are. I am a single mother who has been through lots of hard times. Life has many ups and downs, the trick is to always believe in yourself. Know within you that you have the capacity to walk through it. Draw on your inner strength yes!!! you do have it. Sending you lots of love always....When I drop my bundle and think I can't cope, I tell myself that my feelings are only feelings and that I will not let them pull me down. I get up and look myself in the mirror tell myself what a great person I am, do a happy dance, this makes me smile and helps me feel better. Always talk kindly to yourself, never let anyone or anything take away from you what is most precious about who you are. lots of good wishes for you and your beautiful boys.....

Dont put pression on you, post whenever you feel like it, you have you little boys and. life just with it wont be easier, worthy yes, easy not... and if in the top of this you dont have help from the other part of this beautifull boys... you dont need to explain , is clear, big hugs for you girl. Do not stop to do anything to escape from you depression, keep it up girl for you and your boys , they will grow up fast and they will be there for you , dont let yourself down, enjoy every minute, dont let anyone to put you down and when depression tell you "dont made videos " made ttwo, and love yourself , go out, dress yourself nice, go dancing, face and win out you depression, just enjoy evey day, make yourself happy and your boys and dontlet anyone to put you down, or twist down your day, dont listen to what doesnt add up , ignore it. I found/discovered your channel last night. Ive watched a few now. Please know, what an encouragement you are, i loved the meal prep video which i will rewatch to get your tips again. Please know, although it happens to alot of us, im glad im not only one dealing with depression issue, i have another illness too with some days pain is horrible. Post partum hormone blues add to it too. I know taking a very good vitamin supplement plus vit d will help you also. Going to continue binge watching.. Have a great week!

Faith you always show the real life buying groceries, grocery haul, cooking and cleaning up I do the same thing cleaning out the refrigerator and cabinets before going grocery shopping. To see what you need and what to throw away and to make room fresh food, fruit, snacks and drinks the dinner looks so good I love meatloaf especially with the sauce on top.

You can try sautéing your veggies in olive oil before you put it in your raw meat..it makes a great difference ❤️🥰
