We have had sleepovers and friends come over for the day. We have a pool so the kids and I have been spending a lot of time in it. We plan on going to Portugal end of July!! Yes I agree summer feels like it’s flying by😢😢. Great video 😊

This video helped me a lot and every time I break down I come back to it. I listen to you after finally doing the dishes (it's been 2 weeks). I still have to clean the floor and all but it takes time. For me the worst thing is that I'm self aware of my depression, and I see myself being self-destructive without having the strength to stop myself... and Idk if some of you have the same experience but when i go to therapist, a lot have said that i dont have a real problem because I'm self aware. That makes me wonder if in the end I'm not just lazy but well. We all struggle and it feels good to not be the only one like this

The strawberry acai refresher has caffeine in it. I'm not sure you were aware of that since you gave it to the children. It's about 35 milligrams and children under 12 shouldn't really consume caffeine. To each their own, of course, but I just thought maybe you were unaware since it's marketed sort of like a lemonade or juice drink.
