Im such a big fan of Faizal, who is the entire reason I found your channel to begin with. Love seeing you two support each other and all the recent trips. I feel like im in a photography youtube extended universe with cross overs and cameos 😂❤

You can tell you are real friends because the interview is more relaxed. If it was a rare guest you would expect deep, rehearsed and insightful answers. I like how chill it was and it shows you just enjoy being out with friends and a camera!

best part of this is seeing Faizal laugh, he seems so relaxed and like he’s having a great time with his buddy

I'm glad there was a part two. Faizal is one of my favorite YT cinematographers who happens to take amazing photos. Love this series that you're doing with other photographers.

Love Faisal’s work. That shot of his you highlight, girl with umbrella in white skirt is just gorgeous. Love watching his growth.

13:22 Faizal did NOT butcher this interview - his authenticity and sincerity is so endearing that any time spent watching/listening to him is time very well-spent!

Finally a channel that ventilates some sense with good arguments. Shoot for yourself where as others only look at the views and comments after they published their YT video and change the next video to please the crowd. Carry on guys. 🎉

Great video! You two are my favorites that I've been following since I started my journey with photography 3 years ago. Love both of your channels, keep up the great work. Hope to run across your paths here in NYC sometime!

I really like these interviews you have been doing. But, I love the ones with people you really know, especially Faizal. it looks like you two have a great relationship and respect for each other. I love how relaxed you both are in this video that’s for sure. Great content and thank goodness Faizal finally got a Leica and became a “Real” photographer 😏

What you covered at TS:14:00 ish, accepting failure, is key. Whether in life, Biz, Photo, whatever, one needs the freedom, if not the luxury depending on the context, to fail. If not, one will never become successful. love the vid.

So interesting. I always found rangefinder easier for shooting in portrait. You can also wear a hat and hold the camera to your eye easier.

I would agree with Faizal's observations. Nobody cares about cameras in New York. I also live there and shoot in all kinds of neighborhoods but I'm pretty much invisible. I'm only ever hassled by security guards! As for shooting for yourself, not a specific audience, Faizal's right on the money there as well. And I always take my camera everywhere I go!

Accepting this second interview as a failure is part of the process lol jk . Good job Roman, faizal def has a ton more knowledge to offer, I know just based on how he speaks in his own channel lol

This was far more interesting. We can safely say that Tokyo etc is now photographed to death, to the point it was becoming boring.
