Yes. He is correct. That fake exp trend gone now. I didn't want to take risk and lose my character. So I tried with confidence .All you have afraid for just 2 to 5 yrs career gap. But I got a job as a fresher after 10 yrs of education gap and non cse background. I'm not taking any coaching just follow KZbin videos as of my plan of preparation along with doing my job. I got three opportunities not single. I'm married and have child also. Note: dont greedy for salary, opportunity is important, skill is important at initial days. I also faced so many recjections bcoz of my age gap. But few companies give priority to skill not age. Don't expect mnc company salaries. First 2 yrs focus on skill only and get real time experience. It's my opinion. May be useful for atleast few people

I understand bro, what if joins the company , gets caught in any situation, and gets his employment terminated. How much humiliation, pressure & mental agony he and his family goes through after that. I just want to highlight that, I too understand the present situation about getting a job. But anyway as I said I neither encourage faking experience nor stop a person pursue his daily needs. It is completely upto them.

Hi Pavan garu, nenu 2015 passed out. 7 years gap tharwatha coaching centres lo java and frameworks and tools nerchukoni , 3+ fake petti interview attend ayyi oka company lo join ayyanu. Ippatiki 2 years nunchi work chesthunnanu. Performance wise ga Lead and Project Manager ok with my work . Should I resign before HR find out that I have put fake experience or wait for 1 more year to complete 3 years? Please guide me

hello sir,you well exlained about effect of fake experience please will you explain how carrier gap people get the employment i have 5 years ,i did the internship of bigdata,i have good skill in python,pyspark,sql,i explore my kowledge aws too.i joinned to one of the company,i worked 5 months due to lay off i lost job due to c2h.after that i am trying i did not get the calls from recruiters ,without getting the calls from recruiter how can i convinience them.please don't stop after explain the negative thing .if you explain the positive it should be helpfull.everyone telling fake experince is not good then tell me how to get the job carrier gap people

AI Impact will be there on all other technologies. Opportunities manam entha baga AI ni mana daily activities lo integrate chesi client ki value chupistam annadani meda depend iyi untundi. I think there will be no field in which AI not used. So meru nerchukundamankunna data engineering lone concepts baga nerchukondi with the help of AI. Inka ekkuva mariyu kotha jobs ite definite ga vastay. We have to be ready to embrace the change andi. Sir nenu 2016 passedout i worked in non it for 1 year job chesanu Naku gap 7 years undi. Java meeda time chala time waste chesukunna, next 1 year non it, again i tried in testing but consultant mosam chesadu. Naku strong skills ithey unnai. In java and aws devops as well. Naku intha gap untey evaru teesukuntaru. Nenu work cheyataniki ready with basic servival salary. I spent most of my money by listening my usless friends. Please suggest me possible options for getting a job. With stress free life. I don't want all the nonsense unsecured environment.

But ika ayanaki chiraku vachi aa company vadilesi velpoyaru, velletappudu, 2013 nundi ade company lo work chestunattu experience certificate techukunnaru. He has no other way, this is what I saw. Tell them the truth and say, you are proficient in Java & frameworks , and tell them like in the 7 years you have worked on various open source projects like NGO projects. Prepare well for your interviews. Meru core skills strong ga unte asalu alochinchalsina pani ledu. Focus more on problem solving and logic writing
