I completed my btech in 2012 Married in 2014 Delivered a baby boy in 2016 Started searching for a job from 2018 Joined a company as an intern with 5k per month in 2018 July Became permanent employee in 2019 May with 10k per month salary. Got first hike in 2020 September - 3.5lpa. Got another hike -2021Sept - 4.6LPA Got offer in another company for -8LPA in Dec 2021 My company gave new compensation for 9LPA in Jan2022. Took papers back and continued.. wrote internal assessment exam with band hike + salary hike- 10lpa. Delivered second baby in Nov 2022 and joined project back in June 2023. Learned another technology during my Maternity Leave. Practicing it now.. will soon change to another company with good Package...

i am 2012 mtech passed out. from that time onwards iam in teaching in present situation because of youtube chatgpt ..etc students not attention on classes because they have many alternatives compare to 5 years back . 5 to 6 years back I teach Hadoop and big data subject few students still they are maintain my notes iam very happy to see those moments . but present situation not like that most of students depends on pdfs for explanation they depends on youtube ... some other source . so that i want move to industry any suggestions?
