Fake Fever : Inside The Well (VISUAL ALBUM)

Vapor Memory presents an exclusive visual album premiere of 'Inside the Well' by Fake Fever- to be released Friday, September 1 on vinyl, cassette, and digital download via My Pet Flamingo.
'Inside The Well' is Fake Fever's second full length album- the follow up to 2020's debut album 'Surrogate', which was one of my favorite albums of that year. Some of you might also know Fake Fever from his opening set for Vapor Memory's 5th anniversary special that year. I've been really excited to see what's next for Fake Fever and it's an honor to be able to share this new album with you all.
The premiere starts at 10:30pm EDT on Thursday, August 30, 2023.

While Surrogate was good, I think Fake Fever has really outdone himself with this album.I think his unique voice works even better on this album with this tone. I love all of it. I just wish there was more. The first and last tracks are standouts for sure, for me they encapsulate a nostalgic reminiscing of the 2000's and go well with Fruitiger Aero visuals. Beautiful, hopeful and light..but also a touch of sadness there, like glimpsing into the past at something long lost to time.

Easy contender for album of the month. My jaw was on the floor several times. This is like this is like Damon Alburn meets Roy Ksopp meets Esprit meets DJO meets that latest St Francis album that was so good. This album would be huge if people actually found it. It deserves to have Danger Mouse on the mix, and it would chart, easily.
