Per checkcosmetic.net my bottle is from 24 of January, 2011 (E1024) and it still has a Medusa head on the top of the sprayer so not sure if they always did but they have for a LONG time... Awesome job as always man...

Xanovia Scents I looked for an older batch but could not find one. Versace fragrances are selling like hot cakes, I doubt I will find a vintage. Until then, this batch will do just fine. By the way, I got myself a 2002 Versace Man, has the box just like the Tom Ford, the upper body of the box is actually the lid. It is awesome, it can take on any macho fragrance any time.

There will always be a batch on the bottle, the same on the box. But still, if it has them it would not mean it is authentic. Not having a batch is not good. Maybe it is lasered/etched at the bottom and you didn't see it.

@@tattoofun2003 I think it might be a really good fake then, it has a valid batch code on the box but not on the bottle, forgot to mention the bottom sticker is not totally straight and there is not batch code at all I checked carefully, The smell lasts a long time and it smells pretty much the same, maybe I got a super good clone since it is identical to a real one,including,box,bottle, cap, sprayer, lettering etc Oh well, I will be morecareful next time. thanks for your help!

@@yoguidude A fake is not a clone. Fakes don't follow any HealthCare legislation, they are not legal compliant. Clones are sold under laws that follow HealthCare Legislation. Stay away from fakes for you own safety and the others around you that might smell it. Fakes contain chemical compounds that can cause harm.

If you bought it from an authorised retailer it is all good. Checkfresh.com and checkcosmetic.net could help with tracing the batch, but it is not important, fakes can have batches on them.

That's weird - the batch code on the fake came up that it was actually manufactured and produced on 03/12/2018 via www.checkfresh.com. Maybe they just throw a batch code on? But how would they get a legitimate batch code from Versace?

Printing a batch code on a fake is really easy, it is just a copy/paste.

Carlos Greve I would give the edge to Versace, not by much. Keep in mind I own both but I never sprayed them on me at the same time to do a comparison. And one more thing, Versace smells better, has more appeal to women than Nautica.

Mine is real, it has all the details shown here on the real box and bottle, BUT.. the color of my box is the same color as the fake one here, a dark blue. It's like mine is 100% authentic but the only difference is the color of the box, it's dark blue like the fake one here.
