Fake Hugs vs. Real Hugs

I'm a huge advocate of hugs because I think they're an underused and overlooked expression of care and love. So this social experiment was designed to see the difference between a "normal" hug aka what I believe are mostly "fake" hugs and a "real" hug aka one with warmth and love. You don't need a bunch of explanations...you can literally see the difference in the video and it was crazy to feel the different amounts of love between the two kinds of hugs.
So all I'm asking is that the next time you hug someone, take an extra second to show them you care about them by hugging them for real.

There was a time when physical contact would trigger my anxiety and I remember avoiding touching kids and babies and avoiding hugs completely even though I'm still wary of what may trigger any sort of uneasiness in me the "real" hug that I get from my family when I need is really important and I feel like I need one right now. Hugging is such an amazing thing, it's so weird if you think about it. Humans wrapping their arms around another and pressing their bodies together. I wonder how we adapted that? Or if it was just something we always knew... 🤔

In my own opinion, if a girl puts her arms on a guy's shoulder when hugging and the guy's arms on girl's waist, it's care and/or love. For guys putting arms on girls' shoulder, it's protection. Just my opinion. No bashes or hates. Lol 😊 want a hug though. 😂
