So I know this video is 4 years old BUT I’m always looking for new hair to try because I LOVE crochet. I came across this video I think on Christmas Eve and decided I would try this as my New Year’s Eve style. I finished it yesterday and I am IN LOVE WITH IT! All frizzies and small tangles aside…I’m obsessed and as you said in your update video on this hair, as annoying as having to comb it out is…this curl pattern is everything I’ve ever been looking for! Ive used this hair a few times and I love it. My stylist always has to use glue to hold the hair because it slides out. Can you offer a reason it slides? She is a seasoned stylist and does alot of crochet styles. I also have to have glue on the Kima Deep Ocean Wave.

The hair is silky, so it slides more that natural textured crochet hair. I do not apply glue though. 3-4 knots will hold it. I’ve never had any hair slip out.

Question tho how do you make it stay? When I've tried a loose curl in a mother brand it continually slipped out! No matter how many knots I do :-( also my hair is very thin at crown and on the shorter right past earlobes. I have been having trouble with extremely wide parts. I braid my own but it seems it has gotten more difficult the longer I do it lol

Try adding braiding hair into your cornrow, so it'll be thicker. And, I don't do anything special lol I just knot it a few times.
