It seems like all these scammers work for one entity, channeling funds to a higher authority, possibly a gang. I'd imagine the arrangement involves a pitch of "free entry to America in exchange for performing a task for the sponsors." Upon arrival in the U.S., the group informs them of their role, which entails staging counterfeit performances, with a substantial portion of the earnings directed back to the "sponsor." There's a striking consistency among these scammers: they typically share the same Roma ethnicity, utilize electric violins, speakers, perform identical-themed music, display similar signs, and even their sign-writing appears uniform. The uniformity extends to their equipment, implying a bulk procurement and the creation of a standardized "package" for newcomers to the United States. There's no way these are independently-operating scammers.
