FAKE VIOLINIST CONFRONTED!!!

On October 23, 2022, I saw people giving this guy money and bags of food. Not only was he using his fake skills pretending to play a violin, but he was using his family as pawns to further his scam.
I offered him $40.00 to play any song without the speaker, but he refused.

I have seen quite a few electric violinists playing with a backing track in shopping center parking lots lately. At first, I was naive and thought they were real musicians. Then, I got a closer look and noticed the playing wasn't in sync with the melody and no vibrato motion on the finger board. Then that's when I got suspicious they were faking it. Does anyone know what country or culture they are from? I'm guessing East European Romany???
