You're welcome! That's a lot more pixels in 4k tv image, As always, the higher the resolution, the sharper the picture will be. Aside from picture quality Hisense 43inch 4k TV comes with Bluetooth.

@@ikanisamuel1 Thanks for your reply. I normally use the TV to watch sports activity and the tv broadcast you mainly get in full hd picture quality & no 4K quality. So that's why I was wondering whether getting a 4K one will be worthwhile as I've read that if you are watching HD content on a 4K tv the picture kind of will look bit blury. If its 4k content definitely the picture quality would be awesome. I have been looking at buying a 43 inch hisense tv. This same A4 series one is available and also you get the nonsmart version A2 of the same model as well.

It depends on when and where you bought it, if it's new go there and request for swap and make sure the give you the original one. If you've been using it for a while, continue using it, it maybe serve you for long.

And another thing you should know, Hisense didn't build the board like the way Sony, LG Samsung do. There are other TVs manufacturers that use that same board like devant the only difference is the firmware, logo and remote. Because fuoani Nigeria didn't assemble the other one doesn't make it fake.

My only goal is to save someone, anyone from the horrors that come along with owning a Hisense TV. For the full version of my story and many similar stories. Just Google ‘Hisense problems’ or ‘I hate Hisense’. Their TVs are horrible and unreliable. I believe they have the worst reliability rating of all major manufacturers. And the Customer Service is just as bad. So if you have any issues, even if under warranty, good luck getting them to address it. As I write this I’m ‘Hard Reseting’ my TV probably for the 12th or more time. That’s back to factory settings. It will not fix any issues, for more than a minute. So please take my / our advice and just don’t purchase a Hisense TV. No matter how good it looks or how cheap it is.

I am pretty sure luck it's a factor here, i have seen a lot of hisense tvs that have more than 5 years working without problems, and heard too about guys like you who buy a hisense tv that basically have problems since day 1 or stop working in less than a year so... I guess a good trick would be search information about the specific model you want to buy. reliability in hisense more than other brands it really varies a lot from model to model.
