How to spot fake Xerjoff Erba Pura Unisex perfume
The smells are identical, you practically can't tell which is fake or real, and the fake one persists for about 4 hours ... but the original leaves the smell range for up to 48 hours.
The fake box together with the glass weighs 562 grams, compared to the perfume with the original box which weighs 647 grams.
The fake glass weighs 367 grams, compared to the original one which weighs 447 grams.
The cover of the Xerjoff Erba Pura fake perfume bottle weighs 64 grams, and the original weighs 64 grams.
The price of the original Xerjoff Erba Pura perfume is 300 euros, compared to the fake one, which has a price between 30-120 euros.
The box consists of two components, the bottom, the fake brown band with the text Xerjoff Erba Pura Eau De Parfum, smaller than the original which is larger.
The bottom of the box must have a black code number with a transparent plastic to the original one, compared to the fake one, the heart of the code is yellow and without plastic.
The back of the upper box shows the text Xerjoff Made In Italy, for the fake one this text is higher than the original one which is lower (see in the video, 9.10).

The inside of the original cover must present the company logo together with the number 1, for the fake one we do not find this number (see in the video, 13.45).

The nozzle of the original bird button is yellow, compared to the fake one which is white (see video 15.23)
The bottom of the original bottle must have a white serial number and must be identical to the serial number on the bottom of the box, for the fake one the serial number is identical to the number on the bottom of the box, but it is black.

Thank you! This is so helpful and detailed, even without narration. I have a Xerjoff bottle I just purchased second-hand and it doesn't smell the same as the sample, so I was worried. But the box and bottle design look authentic based on the product design shown here. I wonder if it just wasn't stored properly, or an older/newer formulation? I am very curious about how they put so much effort into making a near 99% identical match of a counterfeit niche perfume. That must still take a lot of money, time & resources. I tried looking online for info about "behind the scenes" but all I found was a guy who went to a shop in Dubai and they showed him they just put random liquids into old bottles. But they were cheap perfumes, like Davidoff or something. Maybe one day someone will do an expose on the fragrance counterfeit industry.

I am in the same situation, I have a sample and when doing a side by side test, they smell slightly different and mainly the bottle has a low longevity and I don't get much tropical fruit smell but mainly citruses. Everything about the bottle looks legit except under the atomizer looks more like the fake one in this video (the outside is fine, even the atomizer top also is fine). Mine is hollow just like the one in this video, but it seems the real one has some plastic. Makes me wonder maybe there are variations in the legit bottle or not. Even if the bottle is legit, I think it is easy to suck out the liquid and inject something else using a syringe. So I am going based on the smell, it is either diluted or gone bad.

Pretry convincing fake from the outset. It you hadn't of had them side by side (aside from smelling the scent) most would be fooled. Actually the more you look, the more convincing it is.

One small problem in your comparison. You're comparing a "fake" bottle with a 2019 batch date to a "real" bottle with a 2021 batc date. There's always the possibility that the labels on the bottom of the bottles were different in 2019, with black print used for Xerjoff and the batch code rather than gold and white. If you're going to do an authentic comparison, the bottle batch codes have to be close to one another, because Xerjoff could have used different labels and atomizers 2 years before your "real" bottle was created. Secondly, you should show a proof of purchase indicating that your "real" bottle was purchased from an AUTHORIZED seller of Xerjoff and not a discounter who obtained their stock via grey market wholesalers.

When you state that the "nozzle" of the original is yellow at 15:23, I think you're referring to the nozzle spray cap. At 16:30, the atomizer assembly is different and is usually the giveaway. Besides having a different outer ring, the inner ring around the nozzle of the fake is metal while the inner ring on the real one is plastic.

Habe heute accento bekommen, scheint alles original zu sein wenn man die details anschaut, der duft ist aber ganz kommisch und grussig, gehen davon aus das es ein guten fake ist. Die blaue streifen auf der schachtel sind seitlich düner als vorne also nicht genau auf einer Linie, aus diesem grund denke ich ganz klar ein fake, vorallem wirklich ein grussiger duft da finde ich sogar alle normalen designer düfte besser als den, und normalerweisse hat xerjoff gute düfte

Watch out for Notino. I used to buy from BeautySpin before Notino took over. It was ok, but after Notino took over, well. If you pick up Cassamorati 1888 for 80, a 100ml, the deal might be too good to be true. See how the parts that go inside the box hold everything in place. See how it looks burnt so to speak, and the form doesn't fit the shape of the box so much. The machine that makes those fake parts probably doesn't have consistent heat, or the operator doesn't know how to work the machine properly. Xerjoff is never going to let pieces like that come to the marketplace. They are known for their presentation. I thought that maybe mine was a reject, and now that I've seen this, I know otherwise. I have a number of Xerjoffs from authorized dealers. Their presentation is right up there with the Clives etc. Notino is no longer able to sell here in the US.
