Some kinda metal button with capacitive pass though, not that difficult. I remember back in the day there is a screen protector that embedded a capacitive touch location, which was remapped to the “back” button typically located on the upper left corner of the display to right of the home button.

It’s very difficult to upgrade especially from the 13 Pro Max. 2 years old with 90% battery health, the phone is still running (almost) as good as new. Only major difference is that I went from 2-day battery to having around 15% - 27% at the end of day, averaging 8-9 hours screen time. This is the most I’ve been tempted to upgrade.

More people will go naked maybe, I'm buying the 16 for that button but I went naked years ago, never looked back. I dropped it on blacktop a bunch of times getting out of my truck, goes sliding across the pavement...no issues but I'm super lucky person. If I dropped it out of a plane I'm sure it would land on an open truck delivering pillows. Also I'm rocking an iPhone 8 Plus seems really really tough, battery is still solid, again it's me. iPhone 8 was the best iPhone ever made if you ask me.

The charge is faster in this fold 6 and the best Samsung took my phone for almost 1200 usd. I just paid 850 for a 512gb of storage and payable 24 months. 👋

I would expect these sometime before the end of the year. Apple will need to update them with at least a USB-C port if they want to keep selling in the EU, so they may well release a new model since they have to update the port anyway. This would have to happen before 28 December, so it may happen at this September event.
