Since they're objects, what if you bought one of each, put them in a room, saved the room, and placed down copies of the room until you have 100?

Split up the workload. 50 divided by four is 12.5, which means each sim (fgg, Eliza, Bob, Janet) should have 12 baby goats in their inventory except for one, who will have the privilege of having an extra two goats. Then four Sims can release goats simultaneously. Still slow, but the animations can occur at the same time. Maybe try eight Sims? I doubt that it would be much faster tbh, given how slow everything is.
