9:45 Whenever I see stuff like this I panic. When I was like 10 or 11 I went Put Putting because where I live there’s a bunch of put putt places and we decided to go. It was a very windy day and there was a building next to us being built but the scaffolding was not built well. We were joking while our golf balls were rolling away that my sister was going to as well because she weighs like 90 pounds. A big gust of wind came and took off the protective barrier off the scaffolding and it fell down. It was like 5 feet from hitting a bunch of people’s cars, smashed the electricity box, scraped up the putt putt corse, and almost hit a family. The last part apparently was me exaggerating but from my angle it looked like they almost hit hit. We kept going on and the whole time I was super worried because I was in the middle of an anxiety episode when that happened and we had no way of knowing if someone was stuck under the scaffolding. The scaffolding on the back of the building almost fell too but the wind died down a bit after the first thing fell down.
