I have the opposite issue! I worked as a barista for a few years (more like a decade) and the smile is hard to be rid of when you are so used to putting on a "customer face"! My old customer told me, "Even when I can tell you're annoyed, you're smiling!" but when I changed careers and worked as a welder, it was not so good to be always smiling.
